じぇんてぃーれ
Pale yellow in color, the nose is of citrus, lactic acid, apple and grape, the palate is of wasanbon, fluffy sweetness of cotton candy with a hint of bitterness flowing through, the body rises quickly but slowly recedes in unison with the bitterness. The bitterness is close to the umami, a nice touch. Bizen Omachi won first prize in the 2016 Salmon Competition.
