The taste is well balanced, and I don't know if it's because I bought it on sale, but the ginjo aroma is subdued and the sharpness is restrained.
However, the price of 1,300 yen for a bottle is too much!

Kubota Junmai Daiginjo was served.
The nose has a fruity aroma like muscat.
On the palate, the umami and sweetness are darker than the usual Kubota, but the smoothness of the mouthfeel allows it to cut through easily.
It is really delicious!
Just as the label on the back says, modern and sharp! It was a very hot day in the Kanto region today, and it was really hot, but I chose Kubota and it was a great decision!
Today's entrée was local fresh shirasu and tuna medium fatty tuna 🐟 Kubota's sharpness is a perfect match~🎵.

Aiming to be a "ginjo-shu to be enjoyed with meals," the aroma is mild and the taste is not boring. This ginjo-shu is soft on the palate and is suitable for drinking cold or warmed.

The first mouthfeel is sweet, but the spiciness soon sets in, and for a 15% sake, it has a strong sake taste.
There's a slight lingering sensation on the tongue that I don't like 💦.
