I am very interested in the mass production site, taste uniformity and management of mass-produced liquors.
This quality at this price is truly worthy of being a classic.
However, I wonder if the fact that the taste is obvious (my body remembers it) before I drink it is a sign that I have drunk too much.
The transparent bottle is more attractive.

That was my first impression.
The next day, I felt a little sourness and it was getting closer to my taste!
Looking at the label, I see that it is carbonated, so I guess it is not a draft sake.
The alcohol content is low at 12%.
This is the kind of sake that can narrow down the target of your preference.

It is a delicious sake with the stable flavor of Kubota, yet clean and crisp.
