Toyama doesn't seem to have a lot of dry sake!
But I'm the type of person who wants to drink "local sake" regardless of whether it's dry or not, so I'll take it 🫱 lol
I heard that it has been selected as the sake of choice for ANA international business class flights.
I want to drink it even more when I hear this!

It's just so fruity!
Sweet and slightly acidic, it's like a white wine.
I think I had an impression (memory 🙄 )
