Booth of Hokuriku Sake Fair [Kaga no Tsuki
The main purpose of my visit to this event was to report and thank my hobby sake shop for the delicious Kaga-no-tsuki nama-shu I had drunk.
◉Kaganotsuki Autumn Agari
The sake has a slightly aged feel to it. The taste is sharp and tangy, and the aftertaste is a bit too pungent. The taste is typical of Kaga no Tsuki.
I only took a side view 💦.
I really like Kaganotsuki's sake with its original sake yeast.
