The sake brewed with water from a well dug in the Horimai area, where the brewery is located, was so delicious that they named it "Horinoi," which means "sake made from Horimai well water. Shiwa Town, where the brewery is located, is said to be the birthplace of the Nanbu Touji clan. A slightly sweet green tea aroma. A dry sake with a gradually spreading flavor. Legs are not noticeable at all. The flower-patterned cup looks like something I've seen somewhere, but it seems to be Horinoi's cup of lily of the valley sake. This is the 611th one-cup, one-pack festival.
