Mellow, aromatic and easy to drink.
Slightly sweet taste, which I like.
Repeater number one! I was attracted by the pop-up sign that said "No. 1 repeat customer" and it was a great decision.

The sake's flavor is enhanced when paired with the accompanying fried white shrimp.
Tonight we are toasting with #Horinoi Junmai Daiginjo Ginga from #Takahashi Sake Brewery in Shiwa-gun, Iwate Prefecture.
I love this sake, though #Murasakiu from the same area has been the talk of the town lately. It made me fall in love with Iwate sake.
It has a nice richness with the sweetness and umami of rice, and it is refreshing and clean. And the best thing is that it is reasonably priced. ☺️
