A good sake with a slightly matured but firm texture.
It's a bit of a queue after a light sake, but before you know it, it's gone!
A full-bodied sake!
Wada Ryutosui
Sweet and sour, fruity aroma.
Maybe the most unusual of the three...
Umami and pungent/bitterness. Yesterday I thought it was sweet...
And a long aftertaste. The taste gradually expands 😊.
Japanese sake
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Alcohol content: 16%.
The next day I ate dinner early because I had to be at the gym from 8:00 a.m.
On such a day (what kind of day?) Wada Ryu Tosui is my favorite accompaniment for such a day (what kind of day?). It is usually served as an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, but this time, it is said that it is fire-aged. So it is black, unlike the usual white label. It's perfect for my black-hearted self.
So I was a bit surprised to find a sour taste when I sipped it, thinking it would be sweet like the usual taste. But it is very tasty with a refreshing aftertaste.
On Friday, it was suddenly decided that I would be going to Nagano tomorrow, and while I was rushing around getting a hotel and preparing for a meeting, I forgot something 😢 I'm going to the office in the afternoon.
Wada Ryutosui Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 2025 Gold Course.
The second bottle of the Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai for May is a special blended sake from Wada Ryutosui, a first-time customer. The sake is usually unfiltered, unfiltered, and unadulterated, but they dared to fire-brew it.
It has a mild aroma with a hint of roasted nuts and a soft mouthfeel with a rich alcohol content that is hard to believe it is 16%. You can enjoy the rich depth of flavor.
It is a taste that is not normally associated with drinking, but it is an exquisite marriage with the acidity of uzaku!
After a week of drinking, the taste becomes more rounded.
When served warm, this is a great answer, and the mild and gentle flavor is spurred on!
It is fruity, slightly complex, and has a solid alu-ness that gives the impression of being sharp in the second half.
It says it's 16 degrees, but the experience seems to be more. It feels dry because of that.
Overall 9 (out of 10)
Today we took a drive to Shinshu and went on a little sake brewery tour 🍶.
After the Okazaki Sake Brewery, we stopped by the nearby Wadaryu Sake Brewery to buy some 🍶.
It was my first sake 🍶!
It's delicious ❣️😋
Light and light ❗️
All the flavors of the rice 🌾 are evenly and lightly sprinkled on the sake.
I got such an impression!
It's not sweet and tasty, but it's not dry either 🧐.
So I hurriedly compared it with KahayoYauke Miyamanishiki, which is brewed with the same Miyamanishiki.
As a result, I was reminded once again that sake is not as simple as having the same rice (🙇♂️).
Compared to this sake, the Hanahyoyukyu was thicker and much more fruity👍.
We served it chilled.

Good evening, shinsaku3!
I like the idea of a petit sake brewery tour 🚗.
Okazaki Sake Brewery is a brewery I'd like to visit someday✨
I imagine it to be gentle and dry 😋It looks like it would go well with food 😋.
Good evening, shinsaku3!
Sounds like you had a great road trip date 😘.
It's nice to tour sake breweries as a couple 👌.
I thought it was interesting that your evaluation was different from Pekho's this time too! I guess everyone feels differently 🤗.
Good morning, shinsaku3 😃.
Shinshu Sake Drive 🚙 is a great way to visit sake breweries and liquor stores 😊.
I remember in the past when I was so excited in the car in response to all the signs with the name "Sake" 😆 I wish I could go back!
Good morning, ma-ki-san 😃.
Okazaki Sake Brewery was renovated last year and it was beautiful👍.
I recommend you to visit the surrounding area as well 😃.
Noborimizu-san is more dry and gentle as you said 😃.
Good morning, Hinahana mama 😃.
I've met my 1994 GW self: ☺️
It seems that Pekho-san has recently awakened to the light and dry 😅.
I sometimes find myself enjoying sake that has no sweet and tasty elements 😅.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby😃.
The brewery and the liquor store are all nice people, really fun and heartwarming ☺️
At Wadaryu, we had a lot of fun with the lady of the house with the on-board refrigerator story because of the way we brought back the draft sake😃.
