Wada Ryu Tomizui Hitogokochi Junmai Shu, unfiltered raw sake.
Juicy acidity. Slightly sweet and spicy.
Wada Ryutonomizu Miyamanishiki Junmai-shu Unfiltered Nama-shu
Slightly acidic and mild.
Wada Ryutosui Yamae Nishiki Junmai-shu Unfiltered Nama-shu
This sake also has a slightly acidic taste and a slightly rich aftertaste, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and Miyamanishiki...

Kazuhiko Ota drank this sake on a BS program. I heard it is good when heated.
It has a deep umami and a strong acidity, and the flavor is the most balanced.

Chose Yamae Nishiki from the Tomisui series with different rice, which was recommended to be ready to drink.

Fridays are still tiring. In addition, I had to work overtime today. I had to make a side trip. I looked at this restaurant for the first time in a while. It was crowded, but I was able to sit at the counter. It was almost the last of the dishes, so I ordered two kinds of sake and an entrée. The first was Wadaryu, which I often drink at another restaurant. It has a sweet taste on the palate, but the dry taste comes. Today I felt it was spicier than usual.

The color is clear or slightly amber.
The aroma is that of rice.
When you sip it, you will taste the flavor of rice.
It has a dry ALC feel. There is no fruity sweetness, and the taste is stoic.
The rice sweetness remains until the end, with a rounded aftertaste.
It has the impression of a Junmai Doshin🎯 royal road.
The last one is Wadaryu, which is also a standard item at this restaurant. I met the brewer at this store before. He says he often stops by. The taste is sweet and tasty. We had a second round of drinks and called it a day. We drank a lot.
