まつちよThis is Sekizen's Cosmos Hiyoroshi🌸.
Sake made with cosmos flower yeast 🍶.
It seems to be from a brewery or agricultural university .
The top aroma is sweet with a hint of banana.
I was relieved because I had the impression that cosmos doesn't smell that good lol.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a slight sweetness and mild umami.
It was refreshing for a hiyaoroshi.
It was delicious 🌸🍶✨️
The third picture is of the Nishi-Iida Sake Brewery, located about 5 minutes by cab from Kawanakajima Station on the JR Shinonoi Line.
They currently make about 400 koku of sake.
Even from Nagano station it was only about 5km away, so I took a rental bike (electric assist) at the station and made the round trip in a little over an hour, light.
The fourth picture shows the flow of the Saigawa River that runs by the brewery.
Upstream of the Saigawa River are the Azusa River flowing from Kamikochi and the Takase River flowing through Azekino.
It means that the water is the same with Oshinshu and Iraka (Japanese tile roof) 🙄.
Incidentally, the Saigawa River merges with the Chikuma River, and when it enters Niigata Prefecture, it changes its name to the Shinano River and empties into the Sea of Japan. コタローGood evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo 🌙
I am learning a lot about the river situation! I'm sure the breweries in this water system have good quality water 🙌Maybe the toji-san in Iraka loves the taste(?) of this river 🤔. I think the master brewer of Iraka may like the taste(?) of this river 🤔. まつちよGood evening Kotaro-san 🍶.
I'm sorry, I wrote that in a rather large lump 😅.
In fact, if you use subterranean water, the geology of the ground has a lot to do with the mineral content 🤔. まつちよThis is Kanaryu from Shinshu Meizou.
The owner of a nearby izakaya that specializes in Nagano sake told me that Shinshu Meikozo is a joint brewery of three breweries, so there are many brands available.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of mirin (sweet sake).
In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness and umami without any cloying taste.
It is quite a good sake.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
The third one is the Shinshu Meisho brewery, about a 15-minute walk from Oya Station on the Shinano Railway Line.
It is located by the Yoda River, a tributary of the Chikuma River.
The fourth picture is the grave of Nobukata Itagaki, who was killed in the Battle of Uedabara.
It says "shrine," but it looks like a shrine in the middle of a field.
I came here to pay my respects because I was impressed by Shinichi Chiba's cool performance in the NHK historical drama "Fu-Rin-Kazan" 18 years ago. ⛩️ AAJIGood morning, Matsuchiyo-san. I too am longing to buy and drink sake while seeing here and there on a train trip. Sake while feeling the culture. The taste will be different 😊. まつちよHello AAJI 🌞.
It's "local sake" 😊🍶.
Local sake is great to drink while eating local food ✨️ ポンちゃんGood evening, Matsuchiyo-san 🦉.
I'm enjoying your tour of Shinshu breweries😊😊I see that you have many brands of Shinshu famous breweries 😳I want to try them again next time I'm there 🎶. まつちよGood evening, Ponchan🍶.
Yes, that's right.
I've only had about 3 kinds of wine so I'd like to conquer them all 😊. まつちよThe second drink in Nagano was Wada Ryutosui.
The first aroma was softly sugary and sweet.
In the mouth, it has a slightly dark sweet flavor typical of Nagano sake, but the aftertaste is light and refreshing.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
The third picture is of the Wadaryu Sake Brewery, located along the old Hokkoku Kaido Road, north of Ueda Castle.
It is about a 20 minute walk from Ueda station.
The fourth picture is the site of the Uedabara old battlefield where Shingen Takeda was defeated by Yoshikiyo Murakami.
It is located on the south side of the Chikuma River about 2 km from Ueda Station. けけけIt's like the masculinity of gusto and honjozo. ♠️
The snow man on the label is a very unlikeable character and I drank it while looking at the label.
It's a bit light and easy to drink 🙂
I want to try a hot one next time! けけけNagano (Japan)
It tasted very smooth and rich and melted in my mouth. 😋
It's crisp, and I drink it smoothly. けけけThank you for your comment 😊, Lord Yama.
It certainly ❗️was too good and smelled dangerous😃
But I can't wait to drink again ♫ RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
