This day was the Nebuta Festival in Sakurashinmachi!
As usual, we started out with a drink at our house🍶.
Our friend brought us this sake 💁.
It's called "innocent50" 🍶.
It has a little bit of ginjo aroma with the same level of polishing as a daiginjo.
It has a sweet and smooth texture.
I felt something like the rough richness of rice.
I drank 60 before, but it was sweeter than that.
The weather was a little better this year due to cloudy skies, but I'm still sweating and splashing around 🪽.
It was a good time to get rid of the daily frustration with loud voices and jumps!
I bought the most affordable 60 in a line of 60, 50, and 40.
It has a juicy pear-like taste. It is sweet and tasty, but has a refreshing aftertaste. It has a fizzy feeling when opened.

Purchased at a liquor store I had not visited in about a year during Obon vacation
I tasted two kinds of wine that I liked and bought both!
One of them was a bottle of Kiku no Tsukasa's sparkler 🎇.
I don't remember drinking Kiku no Tsukasa, so I guess it's my first time 🤔.
I opened the bottle carefully because it said "be careful when opening ⚠️", but it didn't blow out and the bottle was opened without any problems!
There was no automatic stirring, so I started with the supernatant.
It is quite dry but has a hint of sweetness and umami.
I wonder if this feeling of being able to cut through the bottle is like a sparkler 😁.
Mixing with corkage increases the flavor 🥰, but you can drink it in summer too ☺️
The chili gassiness is also a sparkler 🎇.

(Transparent in hue. Gorgeous sweet aroma as if reminiscent of melon. Careful low-temperature fermentation with multiple yeast blends. It has a clean, crisp mouthfeel with a sharp aftertaste.
The unctuous sweetness spreads quickly and fades away. It is suitable before, during, and after meals. It is suitable for any occasion. We recommend drinking it chilled in a wine glass or other glassware that allows you to easily smell its aroma.
