National Sake Fair 2025 (3)
The third bottle is an extra.
When I bought the last bottle of Kiku no Tsukasa Shuzo's Shichifukujin, there was a sake called "Unraveling the Mysterious Sake 2025" that I bought along with it.
I was thrilled to see the word "undisclosed" on the label.
If you read the QR code on the label, a quiz will appear.
The only information on the specs is on the back of the label, and you have to guess the rest (1) to (6) 🎯.
In short, it's called blind tasting.
By the way, there are 6 questions in the quiz.
(1) 4 choices of specific name
Honjozo sake/Junmai sake/Daiginjo/Junmai Daiginjo
(2) 4 choices of rice used for sake
Sake Mirai / Yamadanishiki / Ginotome / Yunokou
(3) 3 choices of rice polishing ratio
40%/50%/60
(4) Alder addition or not
(5) Whether or not the sake is fire-brewed
(6) Yeast used (4 choices)
Yuko's Thought / Giovanni's Research / K-701 / K-1801
It's especially difficult to choose sake rice and yeast because some of them are unique to Iwate Prefecture!
How much do you think you'll hit?

Good evening, Jay & Nobby. I'm not "privy" to the fact that even though I think I'm drinking mama I feel without worrying about the specs, I realize that I'm drinking with some kind of a guess. By the way, this drink is quite tasty 😋.
