風の島の菊鹿Recommended by Kadoya Sake Shop.
Delicious.
The modest shwashuwa and sweetness of the rice is combined with the sharpness of the sake, probably due to the effect of the sake's aluzome (alcohol-added) additives.
The level of Wakanami and this one is too high.
Honjozo is also very reasonably priced, and I'm gradually becoming more and more fond of it.

Abukuma Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Namazume
One of the October hanpukai from Kadoya Sake Shop.
We will drink it cold.
The color is almost clear and slightly yellow.
The aroma is sweet like honey.
The mouthfeel is a little tender.
The taste is clear at the moment of taking it into the mouth, and as it rolls around on the tongue, it changes from slightly sweet to thickly sweet.
After swallowing, the sweetness is accompanied by a richness, and the sweet aroma spreads further into the nose.
There is a bit of a calm al feeling at the end.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malted rice (domestic)
Ingredients:100% Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio:50%.
Alcohol content: 16%.

Sake 🍶 part 1 when I went to my favorite standing drinking place to greet the end of the year.
Abukuma Hatsu Shibori Honjozo.
On this day, there was sake from the Omoroi sake shop in Ibaraki, Osaka, called Kadoya Sake Brewery.
This is also supposed to be a sake that Kadoya-san asked the brewer to make available on draft in limited quantities.
The appearance is a light mist white.
The aroma is...nothing, but if I had to guess, I would say it has an alcoholic aroma.
The taste is thick with a hint of gentle sweetness and umami.
The addition of alcohol gives it a clean and fluffy kick.
It is the kind of sake that I would like to drink with a glass of sake with a bottle of it sitting on the table with a bunch of people I don't mind drinking it with.
Thank you for the sake.

na2Nice to meet you! I drank this Abukuma for the first time last year, and although it is not flashy, I found it to be very tasty and soft for a sake, and I wish I had a bottle of it 💕.

アラジンHi na2, nice to meet you! I'm sorry I'm too late to notice now 🙇.
Abukuma is always delicious, no matter which one you drink. ☺️ I think it's a very good sake that shows the honesty of the brewer who spared no effort in making it 😄.
AndrewKadoya Sake Shop, last month's hanpukai. It has a moderate sweetness and moderate acidity without being habitual. As the temperature rises, the sweet aroma passes through the nose. It has a thick flavor.

Abukuma: Delicious sake that goes well with everything on its own or with food 🍶.
Shizen Shu: mildly sweet and tasty
