It's sweet and fruity, but with just the right amount of sweetness, acidity, and alcohol, it's not too heavy!
I made a pizza with arugula and prosciutto ham by hand.
Of course, the sake from Aizu in Fukushima is delicious, but the sake from Nakadori is also quite good! That's Fukushima!
We enjoyed the sake from this year's New Sake Appreciation Gold Award-winning brewery!

We had this Abukuma a little while ago! We had it a while ago 😋 and you are right, it has the best balance of sweet, tasty & acidic 😋 ‼️ we like it a lot too 🤗.
