Freshness, sourness to astringent sweetness in the mouth. It has a wildness.
◉Hosui Shiboritate Nama-shu Ichiban
Fruity but with a strong acidity.
◉Hosui Junmai Ginjo LED
Dry with a refreshing acidity.
I've had it before, but my impression was the same: quite acidic.
