Eikun Shuzo "Junmai Nigori-Namaishu Splash
Dry and slightly effervescent with no sweetness and the bitterness characteristic of sake. It has no habit.
A bottle was gone in no time.
Ideal as an aperitif.
It has no sweetness, so it may not be suitable for those who are not good at sake.
We had it with sakura shrimps kakiage, oysters and sillago tempura.
They went very well together!
