It is Shirobotan Frozen Junmai Namaishu Hyoka from Hiroshima.
The acidity is not too assertive from the mouthfeel and umami, which is only possible with nama-shu...it's a mellow feeling sake. ☺️

I chose this with the Sanfrecce Hiroshima exterior. It tastes sweet, but it's nice that it's a partial support fund for Sanfrecce Hiroshima! Reading the description, the brewery has a long history. It was founded in 1675 (Empo 3), which is 300 years ago! It's wonderful that they have been able to keep it alive.
What is this app's "choose a group" thing? I'm curious about the "Cup Sake Club" that fits the bill perfectly...

Purchased at Takatsuki Seibu. This is a delicious sake from Hiroshima that I sometimes have a craving for. The sake degree is +2 on the official website now, so maybe it depends on the brewing year.
