Kansai Sake-no-wa Year-End Party 2024⑮
I had only had one bottle of Seikyuu Sama, and I had never seen the black label.
It was a sake brought in by Uma Uma Uma.
It was a Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki.
A little gassy and a little light on the palate. It is clear and fresh with just the right amount of umami. The taste is well-balanced and easy to drink.
It is also good as a food sake, and I thought to myself, "I have to go back to buy some more Seiki Sama.
Thank you for the food, mai mai mai 🙏.
Sake-no-wa Kansai Off-line Meeting A Year-End Party ⑫
Next up was the sake brought by Umaumauma-san, who takes care of the planning and overall coordination of each off-line meeting.
Seiki Sama Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki!
The aroma of fluffy rice, the smooth mouthfeel, the slightly mineral sweetness, and the clean aftertaste.
I have always been curious about "Seiki Sama" 💡I called it "Kisui Sama" when I first saw it at Sake-no-wa, but it is "Kisui Hidari Uma" 🤔.
The 4th picture is a set of 3 snacks arranged by Umaumai, which goes well with sake 😋.
Thank you so much for all your help and preparation 🙇.
We are sorry for the many things we did not do enough to help you ⤵️
Thanks for the food ✨
Sake-no-wa Kansai Branch A Year-End Party 🍶⑬⑬⑬
This sake was brought by Mr. Maguro Umaumai Umaumai!
I drank too much and can't remember what it tasted like, but it was different from what the label implied and was delicious 😋.
The snacks in the picture are also excellent 😋.
Thank you so much for the schedule, venue, preparation, and delicious snacks 🙏.
Kansai Salmon Roe Bring and Share Year-End Party (15)
Sake brought by Umaisan
Berry-like, juicy and sweet.
Slightly gassy
Overall, it is light and easy to drink.
I didn't take a picture of it, but the heshiko (dried squid), made by Umaisan, was a great match for the sake 😋.
I had the impression that I had seen many comments on your post about how delicious it was, but I had not been able to find it. The other day, I finally found it at a liquor store introduced to me by a colleague who said they had a large selection. There were nigori and junmai (pure rice) varieties, but I bought the junmai ginjo-shu because I was attracted by a comment on the store's pop-up that I couldn't quite understand: "Junmai ginjo-shu has a beautiful sweetness produced by koji, which gives it a glamorous and sexy flavor" 😅.
The aroma is fruity and sweet like melon or vanilla, with notes of rice, graininess, and a yogurt-like fermentation. The sweetness was mild and refreshing, the acidity was moderate, the umami was a bit strong and the overall taste was powerful. It was a very tasty sake with a complex aroma and taste with a good balance 👍Thanks for the drink 😋.
At an after-party after a meeting in Shibuya, I visited Nagi at the back of the Hyakken restaurant in Dogenzaka for the first time in quite a while.
It is a popular stand-up drinking place and was crowded from Monday.
They have a large selection of sake from Fukushima Prefecture only.
Refreshing nigori sake with a shwashy feeling👍
I've had a bottle of "Seijiki-Sama" light nigori before, but I thought it tasted crisp and sharp ❗I bought it from the liquor store who said it was mellow and full of flavor this time ❗I was looking forward to opening the bottle 🎵.
Well, it's a Bali horse 🐴😋 🐴😋 It's full of umami.
It's full of flavor ❗I'd like to repeat it again✨.
Now, the autumn G1 race has started 🏇.
The Akka-sho was easy to understand, but..,
Kikka-sho, I don't know😅
Hi Noodle, ☀️
I was just wondering if I should buy a bottle of Ikki Left Horse, since my local liquor store has started to carry it. Thanks for the info on Bali Horse 🐎😊.
I'll buy it.
Good morning, Maru 😃.
I don't have the experience of drinking enough to talk about it, but I enjoyed this sake very much 😋.
It would be great to see more new liquor stores handling it 🎵Please do try it 😉.
To be honest, I can't deny that I was attracted by the name... because it's an active nigori, and it's umma....
When the bottle was opened, there was a strong gas feeling, although it did not blow out!
The aroma is of rice and koji, and it spreads softly.
When you take a sip, it is just as sizzling as you would expect. The taste is neutral, in a good sense, without much variation.
When the lees are mixed, the rice and acidity seem to increase. From what I hear, it is white malted rice, so I wonder if mixing it with that makes it a little more sour. I had a similar feeling when I got Shirofudo.
It was like it came right in the middle of the flavor I wanted to drink when I was in the mood for active nigori, and it tasted just as good as the name implies.
Good evening, Mr. Manachie!
White malted rice with active nigori is the kind that goes down a treat on a hot day 👍I bought it because of the name, but it was a perfectly delicious bottle that didn't lose to the name 😆✨.
Gush Caution⚠️ is not too sweet, not too sweet, not too sweet, not too sweet, not too sweet, not too sweet, not too sweet, not too sweet, not too sweet, not too sweet, not too sweet, not too sweet, not too sweet, not too sweet, not too sweet, not too sweet.
It's easy to drink, partly because it's low in alcohol: ❤️
Very well balanced and easy to drink 🥰.
Delicious 😋I love it👍
Went looking for Chikoma 🍶 recommended by Yurinan and found it ✨.
Next time I want to find Chikoma!
