The "Seikyuu Soma Dori Yume no Kou x Fukunoka" (The scent of Yume no Kou x Fukunoka)
I bought a bottle of my favorite Ikki Sama as a souvenir when I went back home to Aizu 🍶.
It has a soft sweetness, white peachiness, a hint of gas, and a sharp finish.
It was perfect for the spicy hot bean curd.
Delicious 😊.
Alcohol content 16%.
Polishing ratio 60
100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Fukushima Prefecture
Shirakawa City, Fukushima Prefecture. Aruga Brewery has been brewing sake since 1774, at the end of the Edo period, in this town that prospered as the gateway to the Michinoku region, where the Shirakawa barrier was once located.
Aruga Brewery's philosophy is to "make a lifetime of chic drunkenness. The brewery aims to brew sake that can be enjoyed in everyday life as well as in special occasions.
Aroma
A calm and soft aroma. The aroma is soft and calm, with a hint of sweetness like ripe fruit.
Taste
A soft mouthfeel with a robust, relaxed flavor that expands and spreads. The moderate and gentle sweetness and the light and mild spiciness give a three-dimensional impression to the flavor. The crisp acidity that follows afterwards is exquisite and makes it easy to drink as much as you want. The gentle mouthfeel and light sharpness are so gentle that they seem to sink in gradually. The contrasting flavors make it a perfect evening drink.
Since it is the last one, everything is delicious😊.
All were recommended by the restaurant!
A liquor store within the purchasing area started carrying this one a while ago and I wanted to try it.
This one has a rich and delicious flavor 😄.
The umami is thick, the grain-based acidity adds to the drinkability, and the bitterness finishes it all off nicely.
I went to bed after enjoying three cups because I had to run errands the next day and my wife drank it all up again 😭 Oh no, it's strong. I fell in love with it all over again 🤣❤️
Hello, freshly poked 🐦🐦.
Your wife's strength is still alive and well 😆👍 here is still one of a kind and outside drinking so I would like to taste it slowly 😊.
The chairman of my favorite liquor store recommended me to buy it (even though I almost felt like a pushover 😅): ❣️
The bottle was easily opened and cleared 🆑.
The supernatant was...
It was a little too strong and boozy for my taste 🤨.
Next, mixing and mingling
Intense dancing
Pleasant gassy feeling🫧🫧🫧🫧.
a good amount of sweetness😛😛.
Reminded me of Hirotogawa's nigori🍶🤔
Thank you, Mr. Chairman: ❣️
Good morning, Mr. Muro. ☀️
Fukushima junmai active nigori ❣️
And Hirodo nigori-ish ❣️❣️
So many words to describe this sake 😍
I'd like to try it, but I've never seen it before😅
Good morning Mr. Muro 🌞.
I knew you knew the chairman of Watanabe Sota Shoten 😁.
It seems that the existence of the back hump society is a real thing, chika🤭.
Hi Muro-san, ☀️
I drank this last year. ☺️ I bought it because of the name "Uma Uma" which sounded so good, but I remember it tasted like the active nigori! I remember it was so delicious 😆.
Hello, T.KISO manager!
It's not as famous as Hirotogawa nigori🍶😅but it is famous in the prefecture and I can recommend it: ❣️
My stupid taste buds feel it is like Hirotogawa🍶🤤.
I have a bottle of Hirotogawa nigori 🍶 hidden away for your enjoyment 🥰.
Hello, Matsuchiyo-san 🤫.
Don't tell anyone 🤫.
The president seems very friendly and treats everyone the same: ❣️
The president.... There is no back hump association 🤣.
Don't believe me chika 😩.
Summer Nigorinpic 99
In the Summer Nigorinpik, I'll continue today with the activated nigori 😀.
We had an Activated Nigori Sake from Ikki Sama 😇.
Continuing from the Shuwashuwa Activated Nigori that we have been opening recently, we opened this one 😀.
This sake didn't have as strong a carbonation as the activated nigori we've been drinking recently, but it had a great bubbling sensation 😅.
It was a delicious sake with a delicious jungin taste, a bit different from the firm nigori jungin mouthfeel!
The ginjo aroma, like freshly pressed apples, is intriguing.
Sweet, tasty, fresh, juicy, and just as delicious as you would expect!
I can see why it was chosen in some popularity contest!
