I like Morishima-san and Umami-sweet, but as a sake drinker, this might be more my type. As the label says, it is dry and has a melon aroma. It goes well with dishes with strong flavors. I was supposed to take a picture before opening the bottle, but I forgot and drank much of it. 💦.

Hitachi is the Fuji Grand View in Kawajiri. I was introduced to it by Isego as a current recommendation. I was introduced to this bottle by Isego. As the description says, it is a good dry sake. Morishima is delicious, but Fuji Taikan is also good.

When I went home on Friday, I stopped by a liquor store and saw a pop-up of new sake. Is it this year's rice? Yes, it is our first new sake of the season. I was told that there was a limit on the number of bottles of Morishima, but that Fuji Taikan could manage to get in. Yes, we took him without hesitation. I went home and opened the bottle. It was fresh and delicious 😋. We had it right away and it was a great decision. ✌️

Long trip to Sendai Again, I went out at Mito station to change trains. I bought some sake. This time, I also got some kushikatsu (skewered pork cutlets)! Raifuku's Aizan is a bit expensive for a travel sake, so I bought this sake. Morishima Sake Brewery is said to be the closest to the sea! The Morishima Sake Brewery is said to be the closest to the sea, and even without throwing any stones, it is as good as Yokoyama Taikan's Fuji, which has its roots in the Itsuura Coast. Delicious! ☀️ This is another brand from the Morishima brewery 🧐. Less sweetness❓No, it's almost a sense of nothing. You can definitely taste the umami🌾 of the rice. Accented with a slight carbonation🫧. It was a stoic sake🍶😎.
