I opened the bottle as soon as I got home.
It was fresh and slightly fruity. The first one is delicious 😋.
It is said to be dry, but it is not as dry as it sounds.
By the way, this liquor store carries Shiga Kogen beer, so I asked them to include NEW ENGI, but they simply refused, saying they only have one brewery of Shinshu sake 😭 No choice, I'll take you to Shinshu 😄.
