Sake from Aichi, thanks to talking to the owner often, he is able to recommend the sake that we like!
I had it cold and it was spicy and delicious!
I want to drink it again!
Addition
It was delicious even after a week of slow drinking!
The husband and wife were raving about it!
Limited distribution of Maruishi Brewery, famous for its Ni-Rabbit,
Its name is Maruishi.
We got it at Mikawaya in Ebina City!
It is similar to Ni-Utsuno, but different.
It is mild and fruity on the palate.
The bitterness is moderate.
He was trained at Shinsei, which is exactly what I personally think of Shinsei.
I've only had a few Shinsei.
Even if it is not my favorite, I can understand why it tastes so good.
4th day after opening the bottle
The flavor has settled down and the wine is now flat and pleasant to drink. The excitement of opening the bottle has faded, but it can still be drunk blandly.
Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake🍶.
A little yellow. Mellow ☺️. As the name suggests, it's round 😅. A little schwar✨. Sweet and fruity. Between melon and pear 🍈. Matches well with thick fried tofu👍When paired with shime saba (mackerel), it's tangy and spicy. The smell does not spread and it is delicious. Lactic acidic. So it's from the sake brewery of Nisato🐇🤔.

The aroma is sour and you can tell it's a sour one 😆.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the sourness of plums, followed by a hint of sweetness. The aftertaste is refreshing.
As the day goes by, the acidity becomes milder (I think 😅) and the sweetness of the aftertaste increases.
The strain may be similar to the Midsummer Fruit I drank the other day from Kabishin.
First time purchasing.
I think I've had Ni-Rabbit before...
It tastes light but juicy.
It's like what's popular these days.
I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out when it's heated up.
