Mizutoki, which is not often drunk.
It is dry and refreshing, perfect for sashimi.
This may be the first time for me to taste a sake rice called "Gin-no-Iroha". I didn't know it was sake rice and thought it was a seasonal product.
We moved to Muto Sake Shop in Sendai Station (lol). Here you can sample about 30 kinds of Miyagi sake only (400 yen).
I chose these three types.
(1) Snowy Matsushima no Shirokuma ♡.
It has the sweetness of nigori itself, but it is also a summery sake. The gasiness is pleasant and it lands with a refreshing taste 🫧.
2) Mizutoriki Omachi
Omachi has a full-bodied breadth and umami. Sake from Kesennuma with Omachi, what a delightful combination 😍.
(3) Otokoyama's Soutenden
We already know this is delicious. It has a smooth, unctuous, flowing watery flavor that everyone will enjoy. This is also from Kesennuma.
