Junmai Ginjo🍶Minatomachi Genki Project⚓️Yamada Nishiki🌾.
Wine tourism Sanriku souvenir 😆
Melon aroma 🍈 Light and dry. It has a sense of rice. It is a gift from San San Minamisanriku, a roadside station in Minamisanriku. It is also good with Shizugawa Tako (octopus), which has a strong flavor. Boiled ascidians add a little spiciness to the dish. When warmed up, it has a sweet sake-like sake lees flavor. Local snacks and local sake is the best combination 😆.
Purchased at Sugatoyo Sake Shop @ Kesennuma, drinking at home 20240604
Thank you for your comment, chika. ☺️ Sanriku is a treasure trove of seafood ✨I repeated Sanriku again a month after this 😅I will post my impressions later.

Special Junmai🍶Summer Sake🌻.
Wine Tourism Sanriku Day 1✨
At the Kakusei booth in front of Sugatoyo Sake Shop. Light, to go with steamed oysters🦪. Dry and sharp. Lush. Korudo Sumairu's snack set (steamed oysters from Kesennuma Oshima, oyster ajillo, and grilled Sara Shellfish skewers) goes well with not only wine but also sake 😋.

Mizutoki Junmai Daiginjo-shu Kura-no-Hana
The cool bottle of Suitoki 🌠.
When you drink it, you will be surprised by its gorgeous aroma and
The bitterness that spreads across the palate and the sweetness that can be felt at the back of it
and the sweetness you can feel in the back of it ❢.
Very nice sake 🍶😆.
It has a robust taste, a little strong for me. It has a mellow flavor, and would go well with seafood, especially bonito at this time of the year.
Seeking a sake that goes well with Japanese food, I tasted and purchased this sake at a Japanese sake shop in Mitsukoshi, Sendai. It is made from Miyagi rice and has a traditional taste.
Mizutoki Junmai Ginjo Aizan 3850 yen
Sake in a red bottle that doesn't look like sake and I was wondering what it tasted like. ‼️
Today's snacks were scallop butter, grilled whole sardines and sashimi.
The aroma is thin and light with a ginjo aroma. The initial attack is watery and uninspired, with a sweetness that comes later and finishes with a gentle dryness and a crisp finish. ☺️
Sake goes well with seafood dishes! Sake goes well with seafood dishes!

Good Tohoku sake and Akinata fish.
Nanohana.
The manager's recommendation #1.
Fruity overall.
Sashimi from the Sanriku region.
Good for sashimi from Sanriku!
Mizutoki, which is not often drunk.
It is dry and refreshing, perfect for sashimi.
This may be the first time for me to taste a sake rice called "Gin-no-Iroha". I didn't know it was sake rice and thought it was a seasonal product.
