This sake was recommended to me by a liquor store that seems to be the only store in Tokyo that carries it. After a faintly sweet aroma and a smooth, almost disappearing mouthfeel, it was followed by a bitter taste? Cemedine? A peculiar lingering taste. However, as you continue to drink, this point becomes less of an issue, and the taste opens up, or perhaps it is a well-balanced taste. As a food sake. It is not like a junmai sake in a good way ✨.

Sake-no-jin Limited Edition! KOSHIJI-NO-KENBAI Flower and Snow <YUKI>! This is a series of sake from my sister. I thought it would be Haegukubiki, since it was called Hana to Yuki by the Kubiki Shuzo brewery, But "Hana" was not included in Hae, but rather a brand name of Koshiji-no-Kohbai. The design is a drop of water dripping in the middle of a double circle in light blue on a transparent bottle, Clear and beautiful image. This is the first brand I tried, purchased at Kanazawa-ya in Uonuma. Is it dry and refreshing? It tastes more like a ginjo than a rice flavor? I think it is dry. It is delicious, but I think there are different tastes.
