It has a sourness and sweetness like a ramune that spreads in the mouth, and yet it has a slight dryness that comes after the juicy flavor, making it a sake that is not at all harsh and can be drunk in large quantities even when drunk on its own. This sake is made by Niigata's Abe Sake Brewery, and is one of a series of sake made from rice grown in different fields in Kashiwazaki City.

Sake from Hokkaido. It is an autumn sake, and the flavor is a little sweet on the nose with a hint of autumn, but the taste itself is dry and very refreshing and delicious. It is also a sake made with Ginpu, Hokkaido's preferred rice.

When I first tasted this sake, I was impressed by the fact that such a type of sake existed. It had a strong acidity, and the flavor had an amazingly gorgeous aroma of apples and muscats, with a sweetness that followed the flavor. The alcohol content was 11%, which is low for sake, and it was very easy to drink.

The gorgeous Junmai Daiginjo sweetness and aroma were noticeable at the moment of drinking. The slightly perceptible acidity also matched the daiginjo aroma, and although sweet, it was a delicious sake that would be useful not only with a variety of foods, but also as a dessert sake.

Like the other Takanosuji series, this sake is made with super soft, divine water. It was completely different from the summer sake, with a sweetness that expressed the autumn sake genre, spreading softly in the mouth, but not at all dull. I personally enjoyed the chestnut-like sweetness that came into the aroma a short time after drinking it.

The rice used was Nikkomaru, and the rice was polished to 25%. It was a sake that could be drunk neatly without any sweetness or cloying taste. Rather than pairing it with food, I personally thought it would be better to drink it by itself or with sweet snacks.

It has a soft aroma and a mouthfeel similar to Niigata's signature dry taste, which is unique to daiginjos. Personally, I thought it would be delicious with meals (especially seafood delicacies).

Although it is a regular sake, sake is used as brewing water instead of water. It has a sweetness unique to Tenka, and also a honey-like sweetness like the label. It seems to have a slight meadiness.
