I was worried about the Extra Edition, but I wanted to drink an active nigori, so I bought this one.

After 15 minutes of loosening and tightening the bottle and putting it in the fridge, it kept coming back up💦.
Finally, I gave up and put a big bowl in the sink to open the bottle!
What? It only overflowed a little 🤭.
When I poured it, it was a matte white color and smelled like rice.
It was a swish in the mouth 🫧.
Finished with the delicious taste of rice and bitterness.
A little bit of sweetness after a while
The second day, still the same taste, but with a little bit more sweetness.
Fruity, like melon with a touch of sourness.
The bitterness has decreased and it's easier to drink.
On the third day, the sweetness and flavor are stronger than on the second day.
The second and third day, it was like a creamy melon soda.
It went well with dry curry and other strong dishes 👍
It's hard to open, but I want to drink it again next year ❣️
