They stayed for 150 minutes on Friday 🤣 longer than the first meeting. Everyone seemed to be tongue-tied, was that a good thing?
Yes, I'm in Nagano from today. Today is a day for drinking alone. I bought this bottle which seems to be difficult to open because I will drink it right away. I couldn't open the bottle easily, but a colleague in my department and I asked, "Why don't you come to Tsurumi for a drink?" He said, "No, I'm in Nagano." "What would you like to drink from this list? I was able to kill a good amount of time and didn't spill a drop of sake.
It's a huge amount of oli. If you don't mix it, you can feel the lumpiness. But it is easier to drink if you mix it.
It is sweet, carbonated, and delicious. I guess this is better to drink at home than at a restaurant.
This is my third Shinshu Kurado point card this year 😆 I guess I buy (and drink) too much.
Really refreshing and fruity. Pear, lychee? Then comes the sweetness, and it's clean and crisp. It's not full-bodied, but that's also good. When do you want a full-bodied wine? It is difficult.

It has a good acidity like apple yeast 🍏, a fruity aroma like pear 🍐, a moderate sweetness, and a bitter aftertaste so you will never get tired of drinking this delicious sake 🍶.
It is a sake to drink with a glass of wine 🥂.
Ura-Kiyama is characterized by a very dry taste compared to the well-balanced Kiyama.
The aroma smells of raw materials, classic sweet aroma.
The taste is certainly not sweet, but unlike most light dry wines, it has a rich umami flavor, and I personally find it to be somewhat rich and mellow.
The aftertaste is sour and refreshing, so I guess it falls into the dry range.
Slightly more classic and easy to drink sake, suitable as a mid-meal drink.
Yamae-Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture, Polishing ratio 55
It comes in like water. When you drink it, you will be surprised at how mild and gradual it is. It is dry without being quirky, so it is easy to pair with meals! The richness of the rice comes through in the aftertaste.
