The first item for the New Year is Goho (郷宝)!
I bought a set of 3 bottles at the end of the year from the Goho online store and was planning to start the year with "Kitashizuku"!
This is water for adults (that's a huge compliment!).
It has a gorgeous aroma, a mild mouthfeel, and a dry feeling that leaves your nose at the end of the drink (sorry, I don't have the vocabulary for that!).
It's amazing! It's so delicious!
The 4-gos. bottle was gone in no time at all!

Is it mellow and dry? A little bit light and dry?
I guess it depends on the person...
I think it goes well with iburigakko cheese.
I just happened to be eating it...
I received this sake at a tavern I went to a few weeks ago.
I forget the detailed taste, but I think the aroma was so good that I thought it was a ginjo sake.
I couldn't take a good picture of it because of the reflection of the label.
Same mild aroma as Kita Shizuku, but more fruity, light and sweet in the mouth with just the right amount of acidity, comfortable purposeful flavors spread out in the mouth, with a long, sweet finish.

I'm going to go there sometimes too.
The aroma is mild with some fruity notes, light in the mouth with a little bit of flavor, sour and bitter finish, dry and refreshing, overall delicate and mild, it really reminds you of Hokkaido. It is a good accompaniment to wild vegetables, tempura or meat with less fat.
Cold Sake ★
It is mellow and has sweetness and umami. On the other hand, it has the sharpness and dryness typical of sake, with a strong bitterness. It was not so easy to drink, perhaps because it was the second half of the meal, or perhaps it was simply not to my taste, but it was relatively easy to drink when paired with spicy fresh ginger.
