Posting two days in a row for the first time in a while
Sake from Hakodate, which I visited in May
It's hard to believe that the rice polishing ratio is 65%!
It's so good, you can taste it!
I regret giving the 35% junmai daiginjo to a friend as a gift...
I let it sit in the fridge for a bit too long...
I know it was a while ago 😅
Goho, nice to meet you😊.
Purchased at Hakodate airport to drink flight ✈️
But depending on the atmosphere around me, I was thinking that flight drinking might not be a good idea ❓.
Flight ✈️ has 3 rows of seats on both sides with the aisle in the middle.
My seat is on the aisle, so I boarded later. The seat next to me is a man of my generation, and the one next to him is a young woman.
A little bit different from a married couple 🤔 If you look closely, you can see that their hands 🖐️ were firmly held together so that their hands 🖐️ were intertwined💕💕 Well, now I can drink 😊 and drink the flight 🍶 but then we made out afterwards😅.
I thought about grabbing the guy's hand 🖐️ next to me but decided not to 😅.
Thanks to that, all I remember is that the drink tasted a little sweet hahahaha😅
Hi kan 😊
That's a very glamorous story 😏You should have held his hand 🤣.
I'm not super good at flying, but I once held the hand of the gentleman next to me just as we were taking off 🤣.
He had nice, craggy hands😍.
Goho Takara drinking comparison, the second bottle is a raw sake made from the original sake brewing process.
Rice is Ginpu
Rice polishing ratio is 65%, but I got the impression that it is a fairly clear sake.
I think the Junmai Daiginjo had more sweetness, but I preferred the more robust umami of the Junmai Daiginjo.
I was looking at the fridge and was excited to see a Goho that I had never seen in the Kansai region. I was so excited that I asked if I could try two different kinds of sake!
I started with a bottle of Comet with a 35% rice polishing ratio.
This was freshly opened😊.
A beautiful, slightly refreshing, fruity and sweet sake 😋.
I thought it would cost around 5,000 yen, but it was 2,980 yen.
I see you read "Goho"..!
Gorgeous fruity aroma! When you put it in your mouth, it doesn't smell that bad, but has a slight umami flavor. There is a lingering aftertaste, but it is beautifully subtracted.
