Goho Takara drinking comparison, the second bottle is a raw sake made from the original sake brewing process. Rice is Ginpu Rice polishing ratio is 65%, but I got the impression that it is a fairly clear sake. I think the Junmai Daiginjo had more sweetness, but I preferred the more robust umami of the Junmai Daiginjo.
