I bought this 🍶 at the Igarashi Sake Brewery Festival 😊.
No smell, there was a warning that the lid may fly off when opening the bottle, but it opened without incident 😚.
It has a sweet flavor reminiscent of muscat, not too sweet, just right, no bitterness, easy to drink, delicious 🍶🥰.

Fruity aroma like banana and apple with slight dried fruit and oak aroma. The color is pale and cloudy. The carbonation is lighter than expected, and in the mouth it has a sweetness like plum wine and a crisp acidity. The impact of the carbonation is light, but the rich sweet and sour taste is to my liking.
I was satisfied with the purchase of two types of sake from Saitama Prefecture at Uemoten, which I had longed for.
Igarashi Spring Sake
Easy to drink with a low alcohol content of 13 degrees.
Nama sake is directly pumped, giving it a gorgeous flavor and gaseous sensation.
It is fruity but also has a nice sharpness, giving it a refreshing impression and making it easy to drink.

This sake is said to be a limited edition sake for the Kura Matsuri.
At first sip, I thought it was the most suitable sake for me among the three.
It was an easy to drink sake with an effective acidity.
Alcohol content: 16%.
Rice polishing ratio: 55

Yeast used: K1801, Saitama G
This is the sixth submission that I have accumulated!
The first taste is dry, with a good, refreshing acidity that makes you want to chase it.
I thought it would just snap away, but sweet and sourness appears from the tip of the tongue to the middle of the tongue, and furthermore, it is glossy and citrus astringency stays at the back of the tongue.
Then, on the tip of the tongue, a pineapple-like sweetness bounced back.
This sake is easy to drink.
