Next is Isoboast!
This is another famous sake that is hard to find in Miyagi Prefecture.
It is famous as the sake that goes best with sushi in Japan, but there was no way we were going to have sushi at the second party, so we toasted with a little appetizer.
It has a slightly fruity taste with a clean and tasty mouthfeel! It seems to go well with the fat of the ingredients and the acidity of the rice! I really want to try this sake at a sushi restaurant next time, but I'm worried about my pocketbook.
Please don't torture me, I'll just say sake without permission!

Thank you very much for your hospitality!
Friday, 2/21 Drinks with my boss (2) End
After work, I went out for drinks with my boss who uses the next station from 10pm.
We finished up with 2 drinks other than beer 🍺, a peach heaven and this drink 😁.
Oh, it tastes so good!
I think it's really great that they can brew such a great taste with honjozo!
The balance of the flavor is good! It's so light and umakuchi that you can drink as much as you want 😊.
It's delicious!

Good morning 🥰.
If you ask me, it's not a uniform way to drink 🤣It's nice to have a pub nearby that has a wide variety of drinks that I would like to drink 🥰.
It is refreshing and easy to drink. It has a mild, mellow taste that is typical of Aruzoe. There is a bitterness in the aftertaste? If anything, it is rather dry. Maybe because of the name, it seems to go well with sashimi. It is delicious.
The bottle was opened at the same time as the ginjo-nama sake.
This one is a honjozo.
However, the taste is not inferior at all. It goes well with the aroma of seafood.
Since we bought oysters, we bought two kinds of Isobojimai and compared them.
This one is a high-end version of Tojo-produced Yamada-Nishiki.
It has a refreshing aroma and goes perfectly with seafood. Delicious!
The other day, I was proud of the rocky shore.
It is said that President Sato of Niimasa was so impressed by Isobojiman that he became interested in the family business of sake brewing, the Isobojiman (brand name unknown).
I drank it for the first time.
Perhaps it was because I had been drinking fruity sake for a long time, but I was surprised by its crisp taste.
I remember this one.
Honjozo, like Jyushiyo, is not to be underestimated.
