Yesterday, I went to "我" again for the first meeting with the members of the sake club ♡♡♡♡. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the sake ♬︎. I'm going to make love to you! I'll be back soon! The last drink was "Sotogahama" from Nishida Shuzo, the same brewery as "Tasake". I'm sure you'll love it! Yesterday we had to leave the popular restaurant "I" in two hours because it was so crowded, so that's how we finished. I'm looking forward to going back next week with my work partner again ♬︎.

They are sleeping at a low temperature. And this year is the last. It is soft to drink and goes in smoothly like water, and you can feel the flavor at the back of your tongue. But it goes away quickly. It is the first time to drink this kind of sake.

I met this sake by chance at an izakaya (Japanese style pub) in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, on my way across Tohoku last year. I realized later that it is a very rare sake which is matured and stored at a low temperature for one year, and then shipped when the taste has settled down, the corners have been removed, and it has become round. It is one of the brands I would like to drink again.

201607 Bottled It sat in the fridge at home for 4 years and 4 months. Delicious with no change in taste. I'm a little disappointed in the lack of change.

Good evening, Mariponne! Thank you for your comment. It's carbon dioxide, but not as much as the active turbidity. When I opened the bottle, I was so energetic that I almost blew it out of the bottle.
