This sake is brewed by young brewers (in their 20s and 30s) at Nishida Sake Brewery in Tasake. I certainly received the young brewer's passion.
By the way, there was another one called "Monochrome" (brewed mainly by 20s), which I couldn't buy on the day I went to the liquor store where I bought it the following week, but there was no trace of it... Oh, I wonder what it tasted like... I can't help but wonder...
