☀️ Rumor has it Sotogahama, there was a set to compare the high color and monochrome drinks. I'll have a drink 😋. ⚫︎ Haikara It is sweet smelling. It has a clean lychee-like sweetness and a light mouthfeel 😊. ⚫︎ monochrome Less fragrance. Same clean but much less sweetness. Light mouthfeel too 😙. Both were light and easy to slurp 🤗.

New Challenge of the Tada Sake Brewery (2) Following monochrome, here is a high color 👔 led by a brewer in his 30s. The top aroma here is also fruity, with a slight citrus 🍋 aroma. It is even lighter than monochrome with low alcohol content, and can be drunk easily without any resistance. Personally, I would have liked to taste a little more spiciness, but I thought this sake had a distinctive character and conveyed the brewer's intentions.

New Challenge of the Tada Sake Brewery (1) Two bottles brewed by young brewers of Nishida Sake Brewery were purchased at the same time😄. This monochrome one is with one of the brewery's core brewers in their 20s 2️⃣ The top aroma is apple-like 🍎 like Tasake. The overall impression is clean and light, but the attack sweetness and spiciness on the back palate are also present, making for a great, well-balanced finish 🥰. It's amazing that even the relatively inexperienced young people in their 20's can make such a high quality sake 👍👍!

Tonight we will open a bottle of "Monochrome" 🍶 to compare it with the last "Haikara" 😊. The aroma is... totally different 😱. Mild~☺️ The taste is also...well...refreshing 😋. The aftertaste is so clear that you can't wait for the next one 😋. The aftertaste makes you want to wait for the next one 🥰. It's a gobble-yourself type 🍶🍶. It is a drink that you can finish in a flash, but it is still clear and refreshing from the beginning to the end. It's so clear and refreshing that you can keep drinking! It's not that it's leaning anywhere. It was a well-balanced sake with a good overall balance 😋.

Sake brewed by Tasake's 30 generation brewers! Clear and full-bodied! Yogurt-like aroma? It's quite smooth on the palate, with a fresh 🍊-like sweetness that doesn't cling to the palate! It's low in alcohol and too easy to drink! Delicious!

Tonight we will have "Sotogahama" Haikara🍶 made by a young master brewer from the Tasake brewery😊. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity. It's very sweet and delicious. The taste is just as I imagined it would be... deliciously sweet and smooth 😱. I can't wait to compare it with the other monochrome 😋.

Refreshing, refreshing, fruity🌸🍶✨ Sweet, delicious 🐴 and oicy❕. I heard it's "a light bottle made by a brewer in his 30s at the Tasake brewery" 😆. This is a real hamer ✨. I'm enjoying it very much(^-^)/

Comparison with High Color! Compared to High Color, which is quite sweet, Monochrome is quite refreshing! While the sweetness is well felt and gentle, Monochrome is very tasty, light, refreshing, and crisp without any cloying taste!

I drank it because I like rice wine. No sourness, no bubbles Sweet and slowly spreading. The sweetness lingers slowly in the aftertaste. This is good too, but I prefer the monochrome one.

I was curious about this one because it was a low alcohol from Nishida Sake Brewery. I happened to come across it and bought it. The aroma is softly sweet. It smells like white grapes. When you drink it, it's just a little bit thick, but clear ✨. The white grape-like sweetness comes, but the aftertaste is not unpleasant as it ends nicely and cleanly. After a few days, the aroma has an apple-like atmosphere like that of Tazake. The mouthfeel is also like a light rice wine. The low alcohol is appreciated and it is sweet but clear and delicious. In terms of flavor, I think I like it better when the umami is on top of the flavor like usual Tasake...?

I personally preferred the Monochrome to the low-alcoholic Haikara because the Monochrome was lighter and easier to drink than the low-alcohol Haikara 😋.

Rice used for making the rice : Hanabukiyuki Rice Polishing Ratio : 50 Alcohol content : 13 Sake Degree : ±0 Acidity : 1.7 Yesterday we had a monochrome that was both complex and juicy. Today, let's take a look at the low alcohol sake, Tasake, and see what it has to offer! The aroma is gorgeous for a low alcohol, with a fruity sweet aroma like apples. The sweet brewing water is as smooth and smooth as ever. From there, there is an acidity like calpis and a very juicy sweetness like Onshu mandarin oranges. In the mouth, the sweetness and umami coalesce and intertwine, slowly seeping into the palate. And to my horror, this child has low alcohol content, so no matter how much you drink, you don't feel the harshness of alcohol at all. It's scary, and the low alcohol content has turned it into a sake that can be drunk as much as a Bayarese orange. As I write this, about two thirds of the bottle is already gone. I look forward to seeing what kind of lineup Sotogahama will have next year! Thanks again for the food tonight!
