The future of sake is bright, even though there are many dark topics these days, such as the soaring price of rice! I thought, "The future of sake is bright!
This sake is brewed by young brewers (in their 20s and 30s) at Nishida Sake Brewery in Tasake. I certainly received the young brewer's passion.
By the way, there was another one called "Monochrome" (brewed mainly by 20s), which I couldn't buy on the day I went to the liquor store where I bought it the following week, but there was no trace of it... Oh, I wonder what it tasted like... I can't help but wonder...
Junmai Ginjo Haikara
A young brewer in his 30s at Nishida Sake Brewery
This sake was brewed by a young brewer in his 30s at Nishida Shuzo without the help of a toji.
It was sold at room temperature.
It has a fruity, elegant, sweet and mellow taste, as if only the modern part of Tasake was cut out.
It has a fruity taste and is elegantly sweet and mild.
You can't stop drinking it if it's well chilled!
It is different from Omine, isn't it?
It ranks at the top among all the sake I drank this year.
A young brewer brews this with all his skill!
It is an amazing brewery!
Sake from that favorite sake brewer, Nishida Sake Brewery.
Among the two types of sake, I chose the chic monochrome one.
I can't report the difference from Tasake,
I can't report the difference from Tasake, but I can say that it tasted deliciously sweet.
I'm curious about the other one.
Familiar with "Tasake
We were served "Sotogahama Hama" Haikara by Nishida Shuzo, which is well-known for its "Tasake" (rice wine). It has a light Tasake taste with an alcohol content of 13 degrees Celsius.
Slightly gaseous taste.
Sake feeling that goes down smoothly and cleanly
Delicious water that can be enjoyed in large gulps.
It was very well balanced and tasty,
It is a pity that it lost much of its flavor on the third day after opening the bottle.
I wanted to finish it on the day the bottle was opened💦.
We participated in the sake go-around again this year 😊.
We started off with a comparison of Sotogahama made by the young brewers of Tasake 🍶.
The "Haikara" on the left was made by a brewer in his 30s.
The top aroma is fruity and sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it is easy to drink with a low alcohol content of 13 degrees C. It is sweet and delicious.
It's kind of modern 😊.
Monochrome" on the right is a sake made by brewers in their 20s, including President Nishida's son.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it is surprisingly strong.
Compared to "Haikara," it is more classic, but it is a good sake with a good umami flavor.
Both are delicious, as is the 50% polished Junmai Daiginjo 🍶✨️
We also enjoyed drinking Tasake Jun Daihyakudai Hyakudai and having our picture taken with Toshiji Adachi 😆.
Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san, after all this time 🌙.
I saw this blue label one the other day! I bought it without thinking much about it. It's so sweet and tasty in the current style 👀 I'll take a look at your review 😚.
Good evening Kotaro🍶.
Yes, that was a bit unexpected 😊.
But President Nishida changes the flavor slightly every year so that the drinkers don't get bored, and he also follows the trends, so he must be thinking about it a lot 🤔.
If you drink two drinks other than FURUMAI SAKE
Secret sake is available.
so I asked for it....
There was one brewed by a young man in his 20s and one brewed by a young man in his 30s, and I chose "Haikara" by the one in his 20s!
Is it like a challenge sake? 🤔
50% polished domestic rice, 13% alcohol.
A little low alc.
When you drink it
The sweetness of the low alcohol taste is very strong!
The sourness I expect from rice wine is not so much.
I think I didn't like it 😅.
Looking forward to the next time ❗️
