I see that it is read as "Sekepikozan". If I had not drank this sake, I might not have been able to read it correctly for the rest of my life. The taste is fresh and quite rich. The bitter bitterness comes out in the back of the mouth, and the taste is sharp and clean. The sweetness is modest for Aizan, and although it is not the modern type of sake, the umami flavor is very well conveyed. Not bad!

I've been wanting to try this one for a while...they use 1801 yeast. It's gorgeous and fruity. It's also quite sweet. I think it's the most gorgeous of all the Yukihikosan brands. This was over 2,000 yen at Asano Sake Shop, but at a local liquor store it was 1,980 yen🙄. I wonder what it is? I heard some breweries and stores add on shipping costs 🤔.

Sake opened at a remote off-line meeting (3) I was asked "What is the best sake you drank this year? I answered "Aozora", but later I remembered that it was the future of sake from Akabu newborn 🤣. By this time I couldn't even remember what it tasted like, so I checked again the next day. The rice used is 100% Benkei. It is a kijoshu, although there is no description. As it says, it has a thick sweet taste. Sweet and sour. I can only drink a little at a time because kijo-zake is so thick. A neighborhood liquor store owner told me that they make sake in a 200-year-old building. He said that the equipment is also old.

Exploring the Akashi-shi Uonotana shopping street😁I got it as a souvenir after tasting it at a liquor store in the shopping street. It tastes good when well chilled 😋I felt it was Li Bai-ish!

. It is dry with a sake degree of +15, but it has a little fruity taste and I could drink it kuikui👍. I'm going to Himeji in July and would love to enjoy some Banshu sake😊.

The aroma of melon is faint at first, but the concentration of the aroma is similar to that of Junmai Ginjo. This one is more gentle at the entrance, and I think I like it better.

(Continued from last time) The last sake I bought on this visit to Ryuriki was Sesshikoyama. When opened, this excellent sake has a fruity aroma, mellowness, strength, and sweetness at the same time. It was a bottle that I wanted to adore forever in the aftertaste. It went well with any snacks such as pork gingerbread 🐷 crab🦀 cream croquettes and spicy cucumber🥒. ☺️

I bought it at a local liquor store because it was recommended by the clerk. I had never had much Aizan sake, but it is quite gorgeous and punchy. The sweetness of the aroma lured me in, but the aftertaste was firm. It is a drinker's curse.
