The second drink at the sake bar is a Kijoshu😋.
I enjoyed conversing with the master about sake (I think it was mostly just my drunken involvement) and he offered me this one.
The color is amazing! Like wine🤔.
I didn't take notes so my memory is a bit fuzzy, but the aroma is sweet like brown sugar in aged sake 😎.
In the mouth it has a dense😍 sweetness, like a noble wine ✨but I didn't feel too much tartness, so I thought this kind of noble wine is also good.
I fell asleep as soon as I got back home, but now I think to myself how I could go back to the hotel in a strange place, but I guess I was still firm then😅.
Hi Hiro 😃.
Thank you for your comment 😊.
If you think it's sake, it's not easy to want to drink this color 😅I'd love to hear your thoughts on the aged kijoshu if you have a chance 😍.
#National Heated Sake Contest Gold Medal #Polishing ratio 60 #Alcohol 15% Famous for the specter of Kunio Yanagida of Banshu. This sake is 100 percent Yamada-Nishiki and delicious. It is indeed junmai! We paired it with sashimi.
Sake named after a mountain you climbed 🍶
A robust sake.
I hear it's dry, but it doesn't feel dry to me.
Polishing ratio 70% is delicious.
I like this taste better than polished sake ❤️
As expected of a famous sake brewery!
Quarter Junmai Daiginjo
Dry, crisp, no depth
