The 6th drink of the event.
Bottom left of the image, black style.
The sake rice is Aizan, which I like. It is called Black Style because it is made with black malted rice instead of yellow malted rice.
As the story goes, it is characterized by a strong sour taste. I was surprised by the aroma, which was a bit like a black vinegar drink, and was a bit worried.
However, when I put it in my mouth, it was not as strong as I imagined from the aroma, but mildly sour, sweet and sour, and delicious.
It was a sake of a type I had never had before, but the sourness was addictive.
It was the best hit of the day for both my husband and me.
Sparkling
The aroma was like amazake, and it was sweet to drink, and I thought it would have tasted better if it had been properly chilled.
I also regretted that it wasn't meant to be drunk while eating a meal.
Dry sake 🍶 in front of my usual drinking buddies.
A walk into the autumn night 🐕 to thank them for accompanying me for a delicious 👀 drink that didn't make my eyes roll as much as I thought it would.
The second small bottle of the trip (≧▽≦) This is the one I brought!
It was a sweet and mild sake! This one is delicious too! With grilled squid somen!
Rice polishing ratio: 50
Alcohol content: 14%.
Tonight I drank a bottle of "Asakai" Junmai Daiginjyo Nama Genjyu, unheated and bottled, moderately chilled in the refrigerator.
The aroma is slightly fruity.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel its dryness. The aftertaste is refreshing. It is fruity but dry and has a strong, guttural taste.
I have had sake from all over Japan, but I don't think I have ever had this feeling.
This is very spicy!
Sweet at first? but then it goes from there to a solid body with some bitterness!
As I continued to drink, the tingling aftertaste lingered on for a long time.
I can drink it in gulps.
Ahhh...I'm going to get drunk comfortably... 🍶.
After a quick sip, the aroma gushes from the mouth to the throat after a beat.
The spiciness is then transferred to the throat and burns the whole body.
As it returns to room temperature, the spiciness is short-lived and rounded.
Asakai is a sake I know the name of that I've had a few times somewhere, but after Natsunokotobuki, this "It's summer sake! It's nothing but summer sake! I liked the pop-up label that said, "It's a summer sake!
It is not my favorite kind of sake (......), but after drinking it, the slightly sweet sour taste, like calpis or yogurt, lingers in my mouth for a long time. It was an addictive drink that left a very strong aftertaste and made me want to drink it again. I didn't know there was such a thing... 🤤.
