I've been reading your check-ins at Sake-no-Wa and this is the first time I've had this sake.
I finally came across it 😍.
And it's a "celebration"!
After opening the bottle, it smells like a faint fruity scent...hmmm 🤔 not full of honey, but more like a ripe apple 🍎!
Pour it into a glass and it has a slight golden color, you can't tell from the picture 😅.
When you put it in your mouth, wow... what is this? What's this 🤩Fruitiness and graininess come rushing in at the same time! It's a little dry on the tongue with just the right amount of umami and acidity, just when you think it feels soft.
The lingering aftertaste is of apple aroma, followed by a solid sense of weight from the grain! It is massive but never heavy, it is massive with a sense of deliciousness 😘.
Yum!
I haven't been able to exercise much lately due to things at my parents' house and work, and I've been sick a lot 💦 I've been stretching and doing strength training with rubber tubing every day, but I've decided to run twice a week 🏃 because this isn't working 🏃.
Last night I did a 6km run and 5 dashes between telephone poles and I woke up in the morning feeling great 🤩Keep at it!
Hello, kozo 😃
Ten stone, very nice and massive! Looks delicious😍After all, exercise is a must for sake life 💪I can't drink well if I'm not in good shape☝️Runs are not my thing, but good luck Kozou-san❣️ awesome 🥰.
Hi Kozo 🐦.
Congratulations on your first ten stone 🎉Yes, I remember it was more umami than sweet, which is rare for Kyoto sake😊.
It's great that you can dash as well as run ‼️ not dashing these days 🤣.
Good evening, Kozo 😃.
We had the Celebration Summer Sake, but the more subdued Celebration here looks delicious too 😋.
Your daily muscle training 💪 is awesome 😳 and on top of that you have a dash 🏃➡️! I try not to run as much as possible 😅

Good evening...
It was amazingly tasty 🤩 so it's hard to describe and I still don't know if "massive" is the right word 🤣I play soccer so running is fundamental 💪.
Pon.
Good evening 🤩.
I was very impressed with the taste of the sake from Kyoto 🤩.
I am old, but I still want to play soccer because it requires sustained running and agility, so I also enjoy running.

Good evening...
Oh wow! I see you also have summer sake to celebrate 🤩 That's interesting 🤩 A sound mind resides in a sound body! I believe in the saying 🤣.
Gentleness and sharpness
A fresh sweet and sour taste is felt from a clean mouthfeel. Refreshing hints of aroma rise and finish with a gentle umami and minerality.
Overall, this is an elegant and superb sake with a variety of expressions.
★★★★★
Fresh fruity aroma ✨
More acidity, full of freshness 😄.
Good flavor and a slight bitterness at the end 🎵
Surprisingly? It's refreshing and easy to drink 😲.

Good day to you.
January is the new fiscal year at our company. The organization has been changed accordingly, but I can't imagine what the future holds for us because of the organizational changes that have made no one happy. I have lost two of my subordinates and my motivation is flying very low. 🛩️
I felt like I would like to drink something that I can't imagine the taste of for the first time on such a day 🙂.
Jyuseki. I was curious about it because everyone at Sake-no-wa was drinking it 🧐.
I thought it would be sweet and tasty because it is nigori, but when I put it in my mouth, I found sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. Even the supernatant is mixed in. I was told that a yeast called Kyo no Koto is what makes sweet, sour, spicy, bitter, and astringent sake. It is an interesting and addictive taste. Well, I want to tell you to try it 😊.
My previous job was supposed to be a go-go company, with a shift from hardware to services and a rising stock price, but I got a call that I had been restructured or changed jobs, and I felt sad that the company was built on the tears of these people 😢.
Ane, happy new year 🌅.
If two of your men were deprived, does that mean that two of your casual drinking partners were deprived 🤣 that would be pretty sad 😭
Manachie, happy new year 🎍.
If you want to drink, it doesn't matter if you are my subordinate or not 😆 My group hasn't even had a formation meeting yet and we have to have a breakup meeting 😅.

Jyuseki Shuku Junmai Ginjo Fuyu Nigori
Another nigori today. It is said that the production of this sake was very small. We will be thankful to have it mixed with orikori.
We will drink it cold.
No gas sound when opening the bottle and no bubbles in the glass.
The color is a cloudy white with yellowish tints.
The top aroma is green apple-like.
The mouthfeel is silky and flows smoothly.
The hint of koji aroma is gentle and fluffy, and the silky oriki on the tongue has a slight sweetness and a gentle, refreshing acidity.
The mild rice flavor of the lingering ori, followed by a bitter bitterness, is lost.
It is a well-balanced sake, with no outstanding five-flavor characteristics, but rather a solidly orthodox taste.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic)
Rice used: 100% "Shuku" rice produced in Kyoto
Polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 16%.
Obtained from Kadoya Sake Shop's hanpukai
A clear ginjo aroma reminiscent of green apples.
The smooth mouthfeel is followed by a firm rice flavor and a soft sweetness, which finishes with a lingering acidity.
It is one of the advantages of the hanpukai that you can find sakes with flavors you don't usually buy.
Kyoto Souvenir Uncorked for XmasEve
I never saw or knew about this sake in my hometown.
Not spectacular, but calm.
It has a perfect balance of sweetness, umami and astringency.
Sake as a souvenir makes me happy!
