March 15 (Sat) Sake Brewery Opening in Fushimi, Kyoto
Tamakoku Opening + Fushimi Sake Fest 🍶 Tamakoku with Tamanomitsu and Jyuseki 👏.
I made my own Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake, bottled, corked, labeled, guided the tour of the brewery, tasted the sake, and had a fun time 📣 I didn't realize it but I had a near miss with a bunny 🐇 on my line 😭.
In the afternoon, we participated in the 3️⃣part of the Sake Festival ⃣🍶.
I was worried about the rain ☔ and tickets
Only 4 tickets 🍶 2 8 12 17 tasting
2️⃣ Tomiou Sasanigori was delicious 🍶.
Good evening, Kyuzo 🦉.
Looks like fun to fill it yourself and this sake looks delicious ❣️ The boar cup is cute and a nice souvenir 😊.
I haven't been to Fushimi for a long time so I hope to attend next year🎶.
Good evening, Kyuzo 😀
I was just traveling this year and couldn't attend, but it was a bit disappointing to see the rain at that place 😅.
But it looks like you had a lot of experiences 😇.
🍶 Extra
Sakekasu Ramen 🍜 made with Jyuseki's sake lees instead of sake.
Choice of sake lees from 8 Kyoto breweries.
Is it daiginjo sake kasu? Very round 😊.
I love sakekasu soup and ramen, but sakekasu ramen 😅
Sorry for not posting about sake 🙇.
Ao, good evening 😀
We love the sakekasu ramen at that place too, but we haven't been there for a while 😅.
So they have Jyuseki's sakekasu ramen now😇
They didn't have it when we were there 🤣.
Good morning, Yucachin 😁.
In Kyoto, there are several stores that serve sakekasu ramen! It was my first time to try it too😅.
This store has a good selection of sake lees 🙆.
I can't say anything about the taste 😅.
Jyuseki, which was started to be sold at a nearby liquor store last year.
Home drinking 🔰.
Very refreshing taste
Quite spicy
Even at higher temperatures, the spiciness is stronger than the sweetness.
This is a food wine 😋.
