Nigorinpikku: It's not over yet 😆 This is the 7th bottle of nigori sake. This is also a sake brewery that I was interested in at Sake-no-wa. This is the first time for me. My daughter smelled it and said it was apple, so it must be apple. The fragrance is also apple🍎.
On the first day, there was no stirring, probably because it had just been released from the sake cellar, and the sweetness was subdued. It tastes light, mild, and not nigori-ish 😁.
On the second day, sweetness also comes out and it tastes well-balanced and delicious, but on the third day, pungency, bitterness, and astringency prevailed 😅 As a result, I preferred the second day.
The third picture is that I ate a roll cake at a cafe in Nishiogi because my mouth got lonely as I was slowing down my drinking 🤳.
Good morning, Mr. Studying. Ten stone, I have been paying attention to it, but I can't seem to find it. It looks delicious and I am looking forward to seeing the results of the Nigorinpik.
Good morning, Mr. Studying!
Jyuseki is another sake I would like to encounter this year: ⤴️
I see that you are adjusting the amount of sake you drink🍀.
I guess you miss out on the best part if you drink too much in one day 💧.
The roll cake looks delicious😊.
Good evening WOM 🌃 I can't find it either, so I popped over and got it 😂 It's a joy to look for it and find it. I'm trying to rank my preferences, but there are two more left, so it may still fluctuate.
Good evening ma-ki-, thank you for every comment on ☺️. I resist the urge to drink it every night lol I was surprised to see that Kochira's alcohol changed taste every day 🫢I personally think it's usually best on the second day 😊.
Kyoto's Ichigou can series. It has a strong rice flavor and is very drinkable. It may also be good warmed up. Gorgeous aroma. It has a rather robust flavor. Not sweet or gorgeous. Strong alcohol taste. Salty taste goes well with it.
This is Jigoku Celebration Junmai Ginjo Namaishu.
This is the first time for us to taste this brewery.
As the endorsement says, it is a delicious sake with a good balance of sweet, sour, spicy, bitter, and astringent.
It was purchased from Doi Shoten, Sake Masashi Co.
Rice used: 100% Shuku rice produced in Kyoto
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 16%.
Sake degree ±0
Acidity 1.8
Amino acidity 1.3
Yeast Kyo no Koto
The aroma created by "Kyoto yeast" developed by Kyoto City and the famous Fushimi water is in harmony with the soft flavor of Kyoto's sake brewing rice "Celebration". The fruity aroma in the mouth is harmonized with soft umami and a subtle aftertaste. (Unfiltered, once-fired)
It has a smooth mouthfeel, but the bitterness gradually takes hold. The lingering taste is surprisingly long, and you will enjoy the aroma that passes through your nose. You can enjoy the flavor of brown sugar, which also has a delicious taste.
I saw this sake on the Facebook page of my favorite liquor store, so I bought it along with the other sake. I think this is also the first time I have had this sake from this brewery.
The bottle opened with a modest sizzle and then a high pitched pop.
The color is slightly yellowish, but almost colorless.
There is not much of an aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it bounces around on your tongue as if it is a nama-zake.
The sweetness comes first, but the freshness of the aroma passes through the nostrils, which may be due to the fact that this is also a nama sake. It is also juicy. From the middle to the end, bitterness and spiciness come together. The aftertaste is quite long.
If this were a fire-brewed sake, it would be a bit too much. However, I think this sake is quite good.
☀️
First of all, umami😙.
A penetrating clarity on the palate ⤴️
It has a subtle astringency and ends refreshingly with a quick sensation.
The ginjo aroma in the mouth spreads softly and is enjoyable 🤗.
I thought the texture was crisp and tight for a Fushimi with a racy surface and soft underside 🤔.
I bought this sake because of its eye-catching package.
I opened the bottle thinking, "I wish I could go back to Fushimi, a famous sake brewery...".
When you put it in your mouth, you feel a little bit of a spicy sensation, and then the dry taste spreads out.
It has a full-bodied and sharp taste, so I felt it was a sake for a mealtime drink 🍶.
Matsuyama Shuzo Shuku Junmai Ginjo Winter
The aroma is fresh.
The freshness of freshly squeezed sake and the umami of rice spread on the palate.
Although it is a nigori sake, it has a clean aftertaste, so I thought it would go well with various dishes as a mealtime sake.
