Light for a Yamahai, with moderate acidity and richness.
A little spicy and sharp.
I would prefer it to be a little heavier.
The Bishu competition ended at 17:00 and we parted ways with Umaisan at Osaka station after 19:00😅.
I'm alone now, but I'll continue a little more 😌.
