It has a sweet-ish to firm sake feel, and is very drinkable.

I was attracted by the sake rice, which I had never heard of before, and decided to try it.
It was a long time ago, so I honestly don't remember the exact taste... lol LOL.
However, the pleasant sweetness and mouthfeel of the W series is one of the best things about it. It is delicious!

W愛山50 純米無濾過原酒

W's special distributor product.
100% Aizan, 50% polished rice.
It has a smooth, round mouthfeel and a clean taste similar to Hourai. Delicious.
Personally, I was expecting the punchy taste of Aizan, so I felt it was a little lacking.
