Yamada Nishiki and Akaban Omachi Sake made from each. Yamada Nishiki has a stable flavor, sweetness and aroma. It has a delicious and fruity taste. Akaiwa Omachi has a clean taste, but the aroma lingers and you can soak up the aftertaste. It is the same sake, but with different rice. A very enjoyable time.

I bought it at my favorite liquor store. Ibi, Tokoro Sake Brewery's byajima-ya. It is a super dry sake, but it is origarami, and has a rich aroma and flavor. It is dry on the palate, but after that, the flavor, sweetness, and aroma spread in the mouth. Sake is very deep, isn't it? Thanks for the treat!

I'm addicted to sake in Gifu. Today it's Hyakujuro. It's a pure rice sake, very dry. It is not sweet. It has a refreshing taste. It goes well with Carpaccio and Sushi. Yes, it seems to go well with vinegar. We don't have it now, so let's enjoy it at Gherkins.

Hourai, I bought two bottles. The first one is on the left. Hiyaoroshi unfiltered original sake. The sake has matured over the summer. It's said to have a dense, honey-like texture, but it's really a sake with a deep flavor. At the first sip, you may think it is just a normal sake, but from the second sip, the rich flavor and sweetness spreads. It is a sweet sake, but the sweetness of the rice is very elegant. It is recommended for this autumn. Next time, we will enjoy the naturally fermented Hiyaoroshi Special Junmai Ginjo.

Young leaves of Hiyaoroshi. Moderately mellow aroma. Dry, but from the second sip, a mellow flavor spreads. It's interesting that the taste of sake differs between the first and second sips.

Is it a new brand of Tenryo? I found Hinoya Aki Agari, so I bought it. At the first sip, I felt the dry taste, but from the second sip, the mellow aroma and sweet taste spread in my mouth. I will enjoy it while thinking of Gifu's Hidahomare and the subsoil water of the North Alps!

Limited Hatsu Midori Miyamanishiki Unfiltered Raw Sake R2BY I love Hatsu Midori! I bought this one because it was unfiltered and unpasteurized! It has the aroma and mouthfeel of raw sake. It has a rich taste. I don't know the difference between Yamada Nishiki and Miyamanishiki. I don't know the difference, but... It's delicious!
