After finishing my appointment in Meguro, I wandered around to have a little drink and go home. It was my first visit to a sake bar. It seemed to have Niigata sake. It was a cozy bar with only one owner and I was the only customer. When I asked him what he recommended, he suggested this one. Slightly carbonated, light, refreshing, with a soft aftertaste. It tasted perfect with a glass of champagne. I decided on the starter.
Takasoma 🍲 Raw Ogara-mi 2420 yen
Tonight's snack was raw octopus 🐙 sashimi and seafood hot pot 🍲.
I love octopus so I'm glad it's been a while 😊.
Here's the sake to go with it👍
I love orikagarami ♥️ and this cosy 🫡The aroma is a light sweet ginjo aroma💜The first attack is a little tangy and sweet ✨As the ori goes in, it gets sweeter and more delicious 😋.
It goes well with 🐙and 🍲🥰.

A refreshing feeling spreads from the aroma, and the moment it enters the mouth, it combines acidity, freshness, and the unique rice thickening of orikarami.
The aftertaste is a combination of the umami of the rice and a touch of alcohol, which disappears without a trace.
I bought it because I wanted to drink a new sake, but the price is low for its high quality, making it an excellent cosmetic brand.
I'll go light with cheese and butter crackers as snacks!
It's kind of light. For an unfiltered sake. The mouthfeel is sweet for a moment, but it disappears quickly. It's like a lemon sour. It's a bit sticky and lingers on the palate.
Takachiyo Brewery's sake is still delicious!
The gorgeous, fruity aroma escapes from the nose and disappears refreshingly.
Is the sake tasty? Or not? I have only thought about the taste of sake in terms of whether it tastes good or not, but now that I have started drinking sake, I am learning about the individuality of sake 📚.
I am not a big fan of sake with alcohol, but this Koryu is different.
It has a firm, gorgeous sweet and savory taste with a crisp aftertaste.
There is no strange alcohol taste, and it does not feel strange to be called Junmai (pure rice).
Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture Takachiyo Shuzo Takaryu Midori Nama Sake
This sake is impressive for its rice flavor and mild taste, which is typical of Takachiyo!
It is a new image of Niigata sake!
5th kind.
A little bit of sweetness, light. A little sourness is felt at first, but it disappears soon. It is light and easy to gobble up. It tastes like Aruzoe.
