Tonight is my first time drinking at home in a while since I was away from home for various reasons 😊.
I chose this one to go with it 💁, which surprisingly I hadn't had at home before.
Takachidai Takaryu Ai Unfiltered Nama 2024BY🐉🐉🐉🐉.
I hadn't bought this Ai at Takachidai's Koryu in a while, and I happened to go to the liquor store and found it sitting there, so I brought it to you. ☺️
The aroma is a sweet aroma of white sugar, green apple and citrus mixed with a hint of rummy. The taste is also unfiltered sake, so the attack is mainly juicy sweet and acidic, but in the second half, you can enjoy the contrast of the tight and dry taste of the alsobe, which is also delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.
There is no doubt that Hiragana Takatsukyo is a must-try,
But this Koryu is also a must-try 😁.
Slightly sweet, tasty, acidic, clean and crisp. For a moment, I thought it was slightly classic, but since it was made by Takachiyo Sake Brewery, it was perfectly modern. A 4-pack bottle is reasonably priced at 1,540 yen, and although it is alky, it is delicious and full of flavor. It reminded me of Atago's Matsusasara Oragara Nama. Ah, Takachiyo is wonderful. I envy the number of brands I can't catch up with.... But this year I was finally able to drink some of it.
The Takachiyo Sake Brewery series is being released one after another, and I can't keep up with them at all.
Super high quality at a super reasonable price. The taste is smooth and soft. The taste is smooth and soft, with an excellent lightness. It has just a little bit of gas. No more complaints about the taste!
It has a faint grapefruit note. The taste is sour. I am not a fan of sour sake, so I tried different ways to drink it.
Hot sake was even more acidic. In the end, I found the sake highball to be the most delicious, and I drink it like a grapefruit sour.
Juicy and fruity
Apple-like acidity
After swallowing, the aftertaste quickly disappears.
Does this mean it has a good sharpness?
Is it because it's alky?
Takachidai's other brand "Koryu" 🐉.
Alcoholic Sake 🍶🍶.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
The first sip has a slightly sweet aroma with a clean, juicy sweetness and a nice sharpness, as is typical of al-soe.
It was quite delicious 🍶🐉.
Takasami, the "Ultimate Normal Sake" series from Minamiuonuma's Takachiyo Sake Brewery, is now a nationally recognized brand.
This is the red version of the raw version.
It has been a long time since I drank Midori about two years ago. It has been a long time.
The aroma is subdued. Raw freshness and a fruity, capsicum-like apple-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is smooth. It has an apple-like flavor, a light sweetness, and an acidity that is typical of Aruzoe.
This acidity is more of a flavorful acidity rather than a tightening acidity.
There is also a mild pungency combined with brewer's alcohol. There is also a slight bubbling sensation when placed on the tongue.
The mouthfeel is light and sweet, but the aftertaste is very sharp and light.
When I paired this sake with the supreme combination of mackerel simmered in miso and white rice, it was so delicious that I put down my chopsticks and sat in silence for about 10 minutes, ruminating about my life. (I found myself ruminating about my life.)
Personally, I became quite drunk after drinking about 1.5 gos of sake.
I had not felt so gutsy and drunken in the middle of drinking recently, but I think it was the so-called "cold sake comes later" kind of drunkenness.
I think it was the so-called "cold sake comes later. I think it is the ultimate normal sake in the sense that the sake tells you, "Dad, that's enough for today!
