It has a mellow aroma with a hint of elegance and sweetness, but with a clean aftertaste that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it. Sake is delicious.
This is a record of my trip to Kyoto. This is a place where you can drink Sake with Kiyomizuyaki.
The first one is a 2013 vintage of Kinshi-Masamune. To enjoy the amber color, we dared to use a transparent glass designed by a Kyoto artist instead of Kiyomizuyaki. The design of the glass is very nice. It tastes like a vintage sake, with a full flavor and moderate bitterness.
The second is Kiyomizuyaki. The chic and simple design is very nice. The rice used for the sake is Kyo-no-Kiraki. It has a refreshing taste.
There is a garden inside the store. It has a garden inside the shop, which is very Kyoto-like.
