Memorandum of drinking at home
Comparing it with the remaining Senzuke, it is easy to drink, which explains why it is called "Fushimi no Onna-shu" (women's sake).
It is easy to drink, but it loses out when paired with strong-flavored food.
Sake from Kyoto that I received as a gift. This is my first time to Kinshi-Masamune.
The label "Made with 100% Kyoto-grown Celebration" and the golden color of the label give a sense of a special occasion.
When poured into a sake cup, it has a light golden color. The taste has a soft sweetness, a complex aroma of grains, and a moderate acidity. It has a deep flavor, so it can be enjoyed warmed.
I love sake that I find on my travels, but I also love sake that someone else has found for me on my travels. This bottle put me in such a mood.
A fellow triathlete was at Daimaru in Kyoto,
A triathlete friend of mine was at Daimaru in Kyoto and bought it on the recommendation of the clerk.
He asked me to come over to his house to drink it 🍾.
If we're going to drink, let's practice first ⤴︎
So 🏊&🚲&🏃♂️ practice and then party 🍻.
It's aged well and colored perfectly ✨.
But I can say with certainty that it's not something you can just slurp down on a tired body,
I'm sure it's not something you can just chug down 🤣.
Best to drink it dry 😅.
Yesterday was supposed to be a day off from drinking, but I opened a bottle of sake to celebrate the first Koshien victory of Clark International, the representative of North Hokkaido ❗I will continue to do so for any reason 👍.
This is the sake that Ane-san gave me ❗I posted it with Ane-san's sake as a sign of respect 😁.
Thank you very much, Ane-san 🙇.
I have a bitter memory of Kinshi-Masamune, a few years ago I found a small bottle of Kinshi-Masamune 40% polished sake with bacteria growing inside 😭I guess someone must have brought it to me, but it was a great waste 😢.
I took a sip to see how the Arabuja of Kyoto sake was. First of all, it has a clear, transparent and beautiful taste with a spicy sharpness ⚔️. The rough and rugged samurai is not there, and I felt like I got a kesa zari from a swordsman with the face of Meikyoshimizu 😲.
The first sip is a spicy sharp taste ❗The second sip is a spicy sharp taste to Nagakura! The second sip, a spasm to Nagakura! The third sip is a sharp and crisp sake that would make a great presentation on a hot summer day or with the serenity of autumn 🎵.
Hello my noodle-shu king brethren 😃.
I was wondering why you are opening such a shibuyo like Kinshi Masamune, but it was a gift from Ane-san 🎁 ❗️
You are such a history buff to compare the taste to Shin-Sen-Gumi 👍.
You have a good taste 🤗.
Hello ⚔️
I'm a history buff, so I'm not sure what I think of this, but I'm honored that you took it. I chose it because of the name 😅 I thought it would be perfect for Mr. Noodle.
I'll try to have it with the box 😆.
Hi, Mr. Menshuoh!
I remember how delicious it was to drink a bottle of "Kinshi Masamune" heated in a snowflake pot in Kyoto 😁.
I remember how I became able to drink heated sake around that time 😆.
Hello, King of Noodles and Sake😊.
First win in Koshien! You did it 🎉 and congratulations Kinshi Masamune, you are very austere 😳 I have never seen it before! As expected of Ane-san's selection😊👍
It's a sake like Shin-Sen-Gumi's cutting edge 😆.
Hi Menzake-Ou, I had never seen this sake before ⛅️ but it is very chic and nice that you compare your impression with Shinsengumi 😊Okita Soji to Nagakura Shinpachi, Saito Ichi, and all the captains from the first to the third 😆They are not half as sharp as you are 👍.
Hello, fellow Haruei Chichi 😃.
I am a history buff and once upon a time, I made a pilgrimage to Kyoto to visit places related to the Shinsengumi ❗The history and elegance of Kyoto, and the sake there was one of the best 🎵.
Hi Manachy 😃
I didn't realize that it was a really small vial and was lying in the back bottom of the chamber, like black mold 😭It was really a waste 😖I realized that the way you store them is very important 😌.
Hi Ane 😃
Thank you so much 😌The moment the Kinshi Masamune arrived, I was delighted ❗ that it came to me after a wasteful experience 😆.
Ane please post a bottle + box holder 😁.
Hi Gyve 😃
Oh, it sure tastes good when heated 😉 I was going to drink it cold or chilled, but I'll try heating it up too ❗This time of year here it's often about 14 degrees Celsius 😅.
Hi Pon-chan 😃
Thank you very much 😌I get excited when I see the baseball players ❗Tomorrow Hokkai High School, the representative of southern Hokkaido, will play a game and I wish them good luck ✊It is very delicious to drink sake thinking of Kyo and the samurai of the end of Edo period 😋.
Hi Galilan 😃
First of all, I was surprised at the sharpness of the cut ❗It was so sharp that I didn't even notice that it was cut in a crisp and refreshing manner ⚔️
Director Kondo and Deputy Director Hijikata were relieved to see the sharpness of the first three captains 😊They are very pleased with the taste 😂.
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodles and Sake😄.
I see it's a gift from Ane🎁💕︎
It's just like Mr. Noodle Sake King to arrange to have one hand holding and the box together 🤣👍.
Good evening, Mr. Noodle Drink King!
I see you were the first winner of the Clark International - ⚾️ Congratulations 🎉!
I bet you must have been very excited to get so many cuts👍.
Hi Noodle King 😃.
It's always nice when the team you root for wins and you want to drink 🤗We were supposed to have a day off last night too, but we celebrated the Angels' escape from their losing streak 🥂😋Noby is all tani chu 😆.
Hi kino.😃
Clark International is a high school with a short history and it's great to see them get past the first round ✨Ogaki Nichidai also won ❗
I hope both of you will continue to show us good games in the future 😊.
Hello, Noodle Wine King! 😄
I thought you were Ane-san, but it was Noodle-chan! 🤣I don't watch Koshien at all, but when the local ball players are doing well, it makes me want to cheer for them! 😆👍
Good morning, MAJ 😃.
I had Ane-san by Ane-san respect 😊I want to cheer for the ball players who are working hard in the hot weather and everyone related to them 📣.
Today I spent the early morning walking around Kyoto!
It was the first time for me to visit Kyoto since my school excursion, but I enjoyed the wabi-sabi and the history of the city so much that there is no end to the places I have seen before and the places I visited for the first time.
On the way back on the lovely train, it was time for some Kyoto sake!
I started with "Kinshi-Masamune".
When I opened the bottle, it had a savory aroma like soy sauce.
The mouthfeel is soft and pleasant, and I immediately felt the Fushimi sake character!
The soft sake quality and crisp, dry taste combined with the unique flavor of "Gohyakumangoku" (five hundred million stones) give a perfect balance between drinkability and umami mouthfeel ✨.
It has a slightly green apple-like aroma and lingering aftertaste that is both elegant and delicious!
And the popcorn theme song echoing in my head.
I'm so sweet and gentle 🍿.
