Kinshi Masamune Junmai Daiginjyo Fukuro Shibori To Bottle Nama Sake This brewery is located in Fushimi Ward, Kyoto. The rice used for this limited edition sake is "Celebration" rice produced in Kyoto. It has a gorgeous fruity aroma and a creamy, mellow taste. Creamy and mild taste. #Sake

Autumn Brewery Opening ③(Special Autumn Sales Event) Kinshi Masamune Corporation "Kinshi Masamune There seemed to be some sake served, but it was only for the first 100 visitors, so it was already over. A representative of a political party came here with about 7 SPs in tow and suddenly started talking to us 🤣. There were about 10 kinds of sake, but they were sold out of Omachi junmai sake(?). Sake from Kyoto that I received as a gift. This is my first time to Kinshi-Masamune. The label "Made with 100% Kyoto-grown Celebration" and the golden color of the label give a sense of a special occasion. When poured into a sake cup, it has a light golden color. The taste has a soft sweetness, a complex aroma of grains, and a moderate acidity. It has a deep flavor, so it can be enjoyed warmed. I love sake that I find on my travels, but I also love sake that someone else has found for me on my travels. This bottle put me in such a mood.

A fellow triathlete was at Daimaru in Kyoto, A triathlete friend of mine was at Daimaru in Kyoto and bought it on the recommendation of the clerk. He asked me to come over to his house to drink it 🍾. If we're going to drink, let's practice first ⤴︎ So 🏊&🚲&🏃‍♂️ practice and then party 🍻. It's aged well and colored perfectly ✨. But I can say with certainty that it's not something you can just slurp down on a tired body, I'm sure it's not something you can just chug down 🤣. Best to drink it dry 😅.

This is the sake that Ane-san gave me ❗I posted it with Ane-san's sake as a sign of respect 😁. Thank you very much, Ane-san 🙇. I have a bitter memory of Kinshi-Masamune, a few years ago I found a small bottle of Kinshi-Masamune 40% polished sake with bacteria growing inside 😭I guess someone must have brought it to me, but it was a great waste 😢. I took a sip to see how the Arabuja of Kyoto sake was. First of all, it has a clear, transparent and beautiful taste with a spicy sharpness ⚔️. The rough and rugged samurai is not there, and I felt like I got a kesa zari from a swordsman with the face of Meikyoshimizu 😲. The first sip is a spicy sharp taste ❗The second sip is a spicy sharp taste to Nagakura! The second sip, a spasm to Nagakura! The third sip is a sharp and crisp sake that would make a great presentation on a hot summer day or with the serenity of autumn 🎵.

Today I spent the early morning walking around Kyoto! It was the first time for me to visit Kyoto since my school excursion, but I enjoyed the wabi-sabi and the history of the city so much that there is no end to the places I have seen before and the places I visited for the first time. On the way back on the lovely train, it was time for some Kyoto sake! I started with "Kinshi-Masamune". When I opened the bottle, it had a savory aroma like soy sauce. The mouthfeel is soft and pleasant, and I immediately felt the Fushimi sake character! The soft sake quality and crisp, dry taste combined with the unique flavor of "Gohyakumangoku" (five hundred million stones) give a perfect balance between drinkability and umami mouthfeel ✨. It has a slightly green apple-like aroma and lingering aftertaste that is both elegant and delicious! And the popcorn theme song echoing in my head. I'm so sweet and gentle 🍿.
