There seemed to be some sake served, but it was only for the first 100 visitors, so it was already over.
First, you get a stamp rally paper, and if you press 3 stamps in the venue, you get an entrée like sweet spice curry & spring rolls.
There was also beer here, so we reset first.

The most impressive was the comparison of aged sake. The color is the same as beer.
The 15 year old sake is actually 20 years old, but due to the liquor tax, it is only 15 years old. I thought the 10 years old one was milder 😅.

Sake from Kyoto that I received as a gift. This is my first time to Kinshi-Masamune.
The label "Made with 100% Kyoto-grown Celebration" and the golden color of the label give a sense of a special occasion.
When poured into a sake cup, it has a light golden color. The taste has a soft sweetness, a complex aroma of grains, and a moderate acidity. It has a deep flavor, so it can be enjoyed warmed.
I love sake that I find on my travels, but I also love sake that someone else has found for me on my travels. This bottle put me in such a mood.
