I've known the name for a while, but this is my first time drinking it. The rice is 100% Shukumei. It's fruity at first, but at the end, it hits you hard. It was easier to drink Gohyakumangoku, a special junmai, but I thought it had a common taste and passed it up. This one has more character. It is fruity and dry.

First Fushimi sake after debuting at Sake-no-wa! It's been a while since we went to Kyoto, so we decided to buy a bottle of Fushimi sake. The first time I took it out of the refrigerator, I had the impression that it was too alcoholic to be good for me😑. However, as the temperature gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness increases and it's nice 😳 It's mellow and easy to drink like Fushimi sake. It's delicious! This is a sake that should not be chilled, but lukewarm heating might be good too🤔. I'm so glad I bought it in the end ☺️.

A fellow triathlete was at Daimaru in Kyoto, A triathlete friend of mine was at Daimaru in Kyoto and bought it on the recommendation of the clerk. He asked me to come over to his house to drink it 🍾. If we're going to drink, let's practice first ⤴︎ So 🏊&🚲&🏃‍♂️ practice and then party 🍻. It's aged well and colored perfectly ✨. But I can say with certainty that it's not something you can just slurp down on a tired body, I'm sure it's not something you can just chug down 🤣. Best to drink it dry 😅.

Kyoto Kinshi Masamune. This Junmai Daiginjo is 100% Yamadanishiki made at Kaga Fukumitsuya. The mouthfeel is refreshing, but there is a richness of rice that goes down the throat, giving it a sake-like character. The aroma is weak.

Kinshi Masamune Junmai Daiginjyo Fukuro Shibori To Bottle Nama Sake This brewery is located in Fushimi Ward, Kyoto. The rice used for this limited edition sake is "Celebration" rice produced in Kyoto. It has a gorgeous fruity aroma and a creamy, mellow taste. Creamy and mild taste. #Sake

Autumn Brewery Opening ③(Special Autumn Sales Event) Kinshi Masamune Corporation "Kinshi Masamune There seemed to be some sake served, but it was only for the first 100 visitors, so it was already over. First, you get a stamp rally paper, and if you press 3 stamps in the venue, you get an entrée like sweet spice curry & spring rolls. There was also beer here, so we reset first. 3 tasting size drinks for 1000 yen. Light Golden Ale. Kyoto Hanamachi Beer (alto type) Hananri IPA The IPA was bitter, but the rest was too light and not enough... A representative of a political party came here with about 7 SPs in tow and suddenly started talking to us 🤣. There were about 10 kinds of sake, but they were sold out of Omachi junmai sake(?). The only one that was sold out was the Omachi junmai sake (?). Kinshi-Masamune Junmai-Genshu Kinshi-Masamune Junmai Sake Kinshi-Masamune Junmai Daiginjyo Fifteen Year Old Sake Kinshi-Masamune Junmai 2013Vintage Junmai The most impressive was the comparison of aged sake. The color is the same as beer. The 15 year old sake is actually 20 years old, but due to the liquor tax, it is only 15 years old. I thought the 10 years old one was milder 😅.
