I got this sake as a gift from Kyoto a long time ago.
I finally got to drink it!
This sake is also easier to drink cold than chilled, and since it was stored at room temperature, I put it on the rocks with ice 🧊.
It's nice and deep that each sake has its own way of drinking ✳︎.

Drink after Eikun → Good balance of sweetness and acidity. It is as good as Eikun in terms of drinkability, but the aroma is more subdued.

Aromatic, fruity, sweet, and smooth (thickened), yet it goes down your throat smoothly and crisply.
The taste itself was too strong for me.
But I like the taste. Easy to drink and easy to recommend.

At the Kinshi Masamune booth, we had a limited edition sake for summer.
I had tasted this sake before at a sake fair in Kyoto that featured celebratory rice, but I did not have a good impression of it.
This time, however, I think it was closer to my taste.
I was attracted to this limited edition sake only for this year🤣🤣.

Junmai Daiginjo is clean and crisp with little sweetness. I wonder if it is fruity? I didn't feel the aroma that much either.
The special junmai sake was the easiest to drink and had the gentlest taste. I had it with Kyoto pickles, and it was so soothing!
It has a deep flavor.
The junmai sake was neither good nor bad, nothing special. Maybe it would be better if it were heated up.

100% Celebration rice produced in Kyoto Prefecture, 55% polished rice ratio
No astringency, no cloying taste! However, it is not monotonous and quite rich. The aftertaste is clean and dry. Many people who prefer dry taste may be attracted to this wine. It is highly alcoholic (18-19% alcohol by volume), so be careful! LOL!
Personally, I find it difficult to choose a sake from Kyoto, but I fell in love with this one.

First Fushimi sake after debuting at Sake-no-wa!
It's been a while since we went to Kyoto, so we decided to buy a bottle of Fushimi sake.
The first time I took it out of the refrigerator, I had the impression that it was too alcoholic to be good for me😑.
However, as the temperature gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness increases and it's nice 😳 It's mellow and easy to drink like Fushimi sake. It's delicious!
This is a sake that should not be chilled, but lukewarm heating might be good too🤔.
I'm so glad I bought it in the end ☺️.
