Today I spent the early morning walking around Kyoto!
It was the first time for me to visit Kyoto since my school excursion, but I enjoyed the wabi-sabi and the history of the city so much that there is no end to the places I have seen before and the places I visited for the first time.
On the way back on the lovely train, it was time for some Kyoto sake!
I started with "Kinshi-Masamune".
When I opened the bottle, it had a savory aroma like soy sauce.
The mouthfeel is soft and pleasant, and I immediately felt the Fushimi sake character!
The soft sake quality and crisp, dry taste combined with the unique flavor of "Gohyakumangoku" (five hundred million stones) give a perfect balance between drinkability and umami mouthfeel âš.
It has a slightly green apple-like aroma and lingering aftertaste that is both elegant and delicious!
And the popcorn theme song echoing in my head.
I'm so sweet and gentle ð¿.
