I hate to say it, but this sake is a very ordinary, old-fashioned sake with no outstanding characteristics. But because of this, it has the perfect balance of flavor and stability with any accompaniment and at any temperature. I can't believe you can buy this sake at a supermarket (and at such a low price for a New Year's sake).
