The moment you drink it, strong acidity and dryness rush over you, followed by subtle grape and cedar aroma lingering on the palate. It has a good balance of freshness and fruitiness.
(Added 6.25.2024) The acidity and dryness are still the same. Creaminess, caramel aroma and burnt bitterness.
A resilient mouthfeel.
The aroma is interesting, with an acidity that is typical of classical sake, and it is rich.
After drinking, it has a graininess and a sweet rice flavor.
There is a moderate acidity and a touch of astringency.
There is a slight coolness of cemedine.
The more you drink, the more the richness of the rice gradually becomes pleasant.
I like it. There is a repeat.
Goes well with soy sauce flavored lotus root salad.

We were having a bit of fun for Valentines Day and picked up some Sake infused chocolates.
The Sake and dark chocolate is a good combo. Very tasty! Will definitely buy it again next year.
Today is Valentine's Day.
I received a valentine from my wife, Bibi. Or rather, we went to the supermarket together to buy it.
Surprisingly, chocolate and sake go well together.
Purchased at a convenience store at a train station. Maybe I just don't know about it, but I have not heard much about this brand.
Junmai (pure rice) with a 65% rice polishing ratio. It has a simple, unpretentious taste. It tastes a little astringent. The aroma has a nice sweetness.
According to the website, it is recommended to be served hot as an in-dinner drink.
But since I was on the Shinkansen train, I kept it at room temperature.
Thank you for the sake.

Forgot one of the souvenirs 💦.
As far as I remember, this one is better.
I like this one better 😘.
It's more dry but not bad at all‼️
The recommendation was cold and it suited my palate great‼️

One of the two bottles of Yaegaki Shuzo that I got as a present.
One of two bottles 🍶 from the Yaegaki Sake Brewery that I received as a gift.
It's from Hyogo Prefecture ❕.
It's been a while since I smelled something that smelled like sake 🤪.
Taste - well balanced 👌
It's even easier to drink when it melts over ice 🧊.
Good good 👍⭐️ lol
