Beard and Bowin stopped by before the Hanshin vs. Hiroshima game at Kyocera. I always end up coming here.
I wanted to have a crispy sake.
As the name "Summer Dry" suggests, it was very crisp. The label is a cat and looks loose, but the sake is sharp and crisp.
It goes well with gari gyoza.
It is a limited edition sake that is sold with reduced specifications due to a poor rice harvest.
Unusual flavor. Vanilla essence and barley chocolate.
A little banana. Aromatic flavor with some freshness on the nose.
Graininess. Moist.
It is unique but tasty.
It melts easily and disappears.
I like it 3.5/5
moderately
