Nice to meet you, Koikawa 😃. It's a very light and dry sake with a Sake degree of +21 degrees! It tastes like a light and dry sake. I had the sea bream simmered in Kabuto-niku with a sweet and spicy flavor. The sweet and spicy rich seasoned Kabuto nikomi goes great with it........ Dry sake is the best combination for delicious simmered dishes and nabe. Both the food and the sake are great 🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴.
After party with former work colleagues. The bar has a nice atmosphere with a hideout in the basement. We had a bottle of sake recommended by the waiter while looking at the bottles lined up in a row. This Koikawa is easy to drink and I remember the taste.

It is rated as super-harsh +21, so there is almost no sweetness to it. I don't like the bitter taste that lingers in the aftertaste when the sake is over +10, but I thought this sake had a good balance of fruity and floral aromas.
